LA VILLA
-The Villa is situated opposite the 18 hole golf course and 300 m from the sandy beach in the residence Emerald quiet and completely secure.
-The Villa of 250 sqm comprises a kitchen, 1 large living room with terrace overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet, 1 guest toilet and a laundry area.
-The Kitchen has large fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor high, microwave, kettle, toaster, mini beater mixer, vacuum cleaner.
-All rooms are air conditioned and 4 bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped in addition to a ceiling fan. Mosquito nets are installed on all of the windows and glass doors.
-Internet Wifi included in the price. Computer available.
-All Shops and all amenities (banks, restaurant, disco, medical emergencies and pharmacy) are within 1km from the residence.
-The water and electricity charges are to be paid on site after meter reading and the tourist tax.
HOUSE STAFF
-Aminata the maid ensures the maintenance of the house. She is present 6 days a week. You will have to pay him 4000 FCFA per day.
If you want Aminata to prepare your meals you will have to pay him more than 2000 FCFA per meal prepared.
I DO NOT RENT THE HOUSE WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF AMINATA TO MAKE DAILY CLEANING.
-A piscinist gardener
- A steward who will ensure the smooth running of your stay and who according to the request will handle your transfer from the airport and accompany you on your excursions.
Transfers from the airport and excursions are to be paid directly to our manager. Rates provided on request.
RENTAL
-Only The people mentioned in the contract will be allowed to reside in the home.
-A State of incoming and outgoing places will be established.
-A deposit of about 30% will be requested at the time of booking and the balance at the handing over of the keys.
-A deposit of 500 € in cash that will be returned to you during the inventory of fixtures.
