Spacious 2 bedroom plus den/office in gorgeous Pelican Bay fully furnished minimum 90 day stay per community rules quiet area yet close to shopping, restaurants and things to do. The 2nd floor unit in Glencove has a private entry- living room has Samsung Smart TV and there is a 2nd TV in master bedroom.
The dining room seats 6 and there is another dining area on the enclosed lanai with a beautiful lake view. Galley style kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counters. A washer and dryer is included in the unit and there is 1 assigned carport space. The condo has over 1700 sq ft with vaulted ceilings and skylight in the great room. Free wifi and cable. Enjoy the large pool area with spa and private clubhouse. Pelican Bay offers restaurants, library, fitness center, and a tram to the private beach for residents only.
