Dock with float (July-August), located directly on the rocky coast of John's Bay, facing west with spectacular sunsets. Skylights brighten the house throughout. Choose the in-ground swimming pool or hot tub at the house, or walk 5 minutes to the white sand Pemaquid Beach.
