Avis très favorable visant cet appartement

Appartement cosy, confortable et fonctionnel avec une décoration sobre et de bon goût. Idéalement localisé, tout en étant au calme, il est à proximité immédiate de Es Pujols et Sant Ferran de Ses Roques et au carrefour de toutes les destinations de Formentera. De plus et élément majeur, Mauro le propriétaire, au-delà d’être sympathique, est toujours disponible et réactif ; il apporte les meilleurs conseils, informations et adresses pour un séjour réussi. Super consigliato!

Appartamento molto pulito, curato, ben arredato e situato in una posizione strategica e silenziosa, vicino alle spiagge e al centro principale. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato e il supermercato a due passi. Sul terrazzo ci siamo goduti colazioni e cene con i colori del tramonto sullo sfondo. Il proprietario Mauro e la sua collaboratrice sono molto gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a dare consigli. Formentera è un'isola meravigliosa, spero di tornarci presto!

Pulizia e comfort

Formentera e un isola bellissima, lo è ancor di più nel momento in cui trovi un alloggio pulito curato e in una posizione strategica sia per le spiagge sia per la sera. Marco è stato gentilissimo e molto presente. Ci ha consigliato diversi posti e il suo aiuto ci è servito molto. Consiglio vivamente a tutti i suoi appartamenti. Un soggiorno stupendo. Ci torneremo

Struttura strepitosa

Appartamento bellissimo, funzionale e ben arredato situato in posizione strategica, silenziosa e vicino al centro principale. Il proprietario Mauro super disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie ed anche durante il soggiorno si è premurato che tutto andasse per il meglio. Pienamente soddisfatti di tutte le attenzioni e la cordialità ricevuta, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Excellent stay in Formentera

Mauro’s apartment is ideally situated - it is close to both San Ferran and Es Pujols, as well as many of the popular beaches in Formentera, and the nearest supermarket is just a couple of minutes away on foot. The property was exactly as described in the listing and communication with Mauro was good throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Casa carina in ottima posizione

La casa è molto carina, ristrutturata bene, comoda negli spazi, in un contesto tranquillo, silenzioso e rilassante. Purtroppo l'alloggio aveva un odore molto forte di chiuso e umido (probabilmente siamo stati i primi ad entrare dopo essere rimasta chiusa tutto l'inverno) e nonostante la premura di arieggiare il più possibile, l'odore è rimasto persistente fino all'ultimo giorno. Abbiamo inoltre trovato molto scomodo non poter accedere all'alloggio con l'auto entrando dal vialetto condominiale. L'auto va infatti lasciata fuori nel parcheggio dove ci sono gli stalli riservati agli appartamenti. Qui è presente un cancello carrabile su rotaia, ma gli ospiti hanno il codice di accesso solo per il portoncino pedonale, per cui il primo giorno e l'ultimo giorno bisogna trasportare le valigie (noi ne avevamo anche una da 20 kg), dal parcheggio fino all'alloggio per circa 50 metri senza poterla neppure trascinare a terra, poiché il vialino è in terra battuta mista a sabbia. Mio marito che ha problemi di schiena, non poteva di certo trasportarla di peso e quindi non è stato semplice. Credo sarebbe utile poter dare la possibilità di accedere con l'auto almeno all'arrivo e alla partenza. Il proprietario Mauro si è dimostrato una persona molto seria e disponibile, e credo apprezzerà l'onesta della mia recensione. A parte queste piccole pecche, consiglio senz'altro l'appartamento.

Piacevolissima vacanza!!

Appartamento semplice, molto confortevole, fresco e pulito. Dotato di tutte le essenziali comodità.: aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto, attrezzatura completa da cucina. La cosa sicuramente più piacevole è il contesto rurale e il silenzio che la circonda, nonostante la breve distanza da Es Pujol. Mauro persona seria, disponibile e fonte di importanti consigli

Bello bello

Formentera è magica, se poi trovi la sistemazione che desideri, è fatta. La casa è perfetta, comoda e funziona tutto.(faccio riferimento alla cucina e acqua calda) La posizione è tranquilla fuori dal casino dei es pujol che è raggiungibile con 10 minuti di passeggiata, idem per San ferran. Ciliegina sulla torta.... Un super mercatino a 100 metri. Tutto fantastico. Io e mio marito ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Ciao a presto.
