A 5 minutes walk in either direction will lead you to one of Dubrovnik's few sand & pebble beaches. Apartment Kate is spacious, comfortable, sleeping up to 5 people, offers guests 2 double bedrooms, a large renovated bathroom, a full kitchen (dishwasher) with dining and sitting area, and a garden terrace. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the beautiful City of Dubrovnik set in unspoiled nature with breathtaking views of historic Old City and the crystal clear Adriatic.

We have been renting apartments for over 20 years and I enjoy meeting people from all around the world and making them feel welcomed in our lovely city.

Located in a 100-year-old stone house on a street by the sea, our apartments offers both proximity to Old Town (15 minutes walking distance) and quiet seclusion. A short walk in either direction will lead you to one of Dubrovnik's few pebble beaches - St Jakob (5 minutes) and Banje beach (10-15 minutes). Set in unspoiled nature with breathtaking views of historic Old City and blue sea.
What makes this property unique
Upon entering the property you will feel as though you have stepped into a private sanctuary, complete with vine-covered walkways, lush greenery, fruit trees, and spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea.
