Quirky and great location

We love to stay in accommodation that is a bit different and this lovely little apartment is just that. The location is very close to some great eating establishments and only a 20 minute walk to many of the attractions in Madrid. Comfy bed and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this pleasant apartment. It was all we needed and the location was first class. We had easy access to all the main attractions in Madrid and was surrounded by great bars and restaurants but once in the apartment you could have been in the middle of the countryside it was so quiet. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for great accommodation in Madrid.

The Best

We absolutely LOVED this place, and wished we had booked a longer stay. Perfect size for a couple, it's so cosy but very well equipped and super quiet. The location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the Grand Via, plenty of supermarkets nearby, and the (amazingly clean) Madrid Metro practically on your doorstep. Having spent the past 6 months in a variety of vrbo and airbnb rentals, this was probably our favorite place to stay.

Great place

Apartment and immunities were great. Very clean and well stocked. Only two issues : the shower and tenants upstairs. Could barely take a shower without the shower head falling on us. Very small shower so whenever you turned, you would hit the shower handle which would trigger the shower head to fall out. Tenants upstairs quiet on weekdays but loud on Saturday and Sunday morning starting at 7am. Between the voices, heavy, dragging of chairs...no way to sleep in! Other than that- really happy with apartment and excellent location.

Sehr schönes Wohnen zu Entspannen

Die Zentrale Lage und die angenehme Wohnung waren genau die richtige Kombination für lange Stadtbesichtigungen und danach angenehmes Entspannen. Beim Auswählen der Wohnung erschien allerdings ein button auf der Landkarte, der die Wohnung noch zentraler anzeigt. Das sollte man korrigieren.

Amazing place!

Such a comfortable apartment! It was really close to the Metro and easy to walk to major attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and the water pressure was great. This was a perfect spot for two adults and a toddler, I would recommend it to anyone!

Modern city apartment in less busy neighborhood

This was a lovely modern, updated interior apartment on the ground floor, located on a pleasant city block that was quieter than the bustling plazas of the city center. A couple blocks away, a nice city park on a hill provides a view of the city and features a reconstructed Egyptian temple that’s free to enter. The apartment’s location is only a block or so from a metro stop, so you can get anywhere in central Madrid in 15–25 minutes of metro and walking time. There was fairly frequent resident noise heard in the apartment building, such as people cheering for a futból game and loud footsteps and children in the floor above, but it wasn’t bad later in the evening. The couch, table, chairs, and kitchen open area along with the separate bedroom made it feel spacious for two people. If you want to be near city hotspots but not right where it’s always bustling, this is a great spot.

Clean and very central

The place was great. Great for two people. There is a pull out bed, but it is a little hard and my daughter found it in comfortable. A foam topper to put on the bed would make all the difference. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay

Det ser ut som om lägenheten har en balkong. Det har den inte. De ligger en halvtrappa ner från bottenvåningen. ”Balkongen” är en uteplats på en bakgård. I övrigt en fräsch lägenhet som var tillräckligt sval trots att ac inte finns. Sval tack vare att den ligger en halvtrappa ned. Det var cirka 1 kl till slottet och ytterligare några hundra meter till övriga sevärdheter. Lätt att gå Men också nära till tunnelbana. En bra lägenhet centralt i Madrid
