Comfortable winter escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 weeks at this very comfortable, relaxing property. The home is clean, well maintained, and as described in the listing. The lanai and heated pool were the highlight of our stay as we truly just wanted to relax. The neighborhood was great! We walked our dog twice daily and felt very safe. We did eat in quite a bit. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics. All appliances worked very well. There is a wide variety of shopping and restaurants within short drives. Kim is a great host, responsive to any question you may have. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Our overall impression of this property is that it is well maintained and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a safe place to walk the dogs. The enclosed back porch is a comfortable place to relax.

Exceeded expectations!!

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was clean, tidy and well stocked! It was perfect for a family with older kids. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and stayed in contact with us through the remainder of the stay to ensure we had a pleasant stay! Would highly recommend these hosts and this unit to others!!!

A Great Visit

The home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well appointed. The home is conveniently located near markets, shopping, restaurants, and is still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable, good location.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home. The house was stocked well for all our needs. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The pool temperature was perfect and they don’t charge extra for the heating. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet located close to restaurants and shopping.

Home away from home

My wife and I were fortunate to be able to stay at the property for 30 days, January 2024. The property is as or better than as appears on vrbo. Very comfortable location in good neighborhood on a quiet street. Even though the month was cooler and wetter than normal, we spent a considerable amount of time either in the covered back porch or in and around the heated pool. Access to I75 for north and south day trips and local shopping areas (Publix) and our favorite local seafood places (Brothers Fish House) and (Charlotte Fish Depot) were easy drives. Check out Punta Gorda Farmers Markets held every Saturday for fresh foods and local crafts. We plan to stay again, as soon as possible.

Lovely Home, Perfect Stay!

My husband and I stayed first 2 weeks in July(Family in the area). Of all the places we have VRBOed, this was the homiest! Safe,quiet neighborhood, quick access to Punta Gorda, Englewood, Boca Grande.Kim was instantly available( we had a short power outage).Pool was clean and absolutely lovely! Side note:Primary shower was fine and typical set up for SWFL, used a mat.Finally a/c temp of 78F was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

A perfect house in a perfect location

The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom is private from the other bedrooms and has direct access to the patio. The pool is refreshing with lots of pool furniture and covered area also. It is conveniently located near friends we visited. It is a comfortable house with all the amenities.

Our almost two month stay was great. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone friendly. Low traffic streets offered lots of safe walking. Very convenient to shopping and other activities in area. Already booked a stay next year. Thank you Kim and Bill!

Great stay in Port Charlotte

We rented this property before hurricane Ian and were not sure what to expect. Kim was wonderful to work with during the days after the hurricane. She did a great job of communicating everything that was on-going with the house and kept us posted on the power and internet connections. We were amazed at how the house looked upon our arrival. They had put so much time in cleaning things up and getting it ready for our visit. The property worked great for our needs as we were staying during our on-going house build. The house had everything we needed and the pool was great to come back to after our daily walks to cool off! Overall, the property was great and the communication with Kim was excellent. I would highly recommend this property to any future renters!

my trip was to visit with our family that live close by. it was great. Granddaughters loved the pool. thought there was a hot tub but looks like it was removed. but the house was wonderful regardless. Very clean and had what we needed. close to everything. would stay again.

Fantastic property and wonderful hosts!

We stayed this past week and had a phenomenal experience. The property was wonderful!! It had everything we could need/want from pool toys and floats to coolers, beach chairs and towels! The electric went out and Kim was quick to keep me updated on the time frame of it being restored. Kim and Bill are very thoughtful towards their guest because they went above and beyond what anyone could ask for in a vacation home. I will definitely be booking again!
