Wonderful ocean front home with all comforts needed for friends and family.

Relax with lots space for celebrating with friends and family while being on the beach! Linens are not included but there are linen services on the island if you choose not to bring your own.
Beautiful, light airy cottage steps away from the ocean. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS at a pass through in the dune.
Large rocking chair front porch and upper deck overlook the ocean.
All amenities including TV's in all bedrooms and great room. Nice large loft with two single beds. Dining table with seating for 8 and 4 bar stools. Bedrooms- 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin sets. All new bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances ( Keurig, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blenders, etc.) Charleston swinging bed on back porch. Linen service available on request. Gas grill. Dogs allowed (with pet fee). Four night minimum except for the months of December, January and February which require 30 day minimum for a rate of $4000 for 30 days and one week minimum during June, July, and August.

Perfect for family

This is our third visit. We love the location and the fabulous views from the large, covered porch. Kitchen is very well equipped. We are already reserved for next year.

Great family location!

Family Thanksgiving get together in a great family and dog friendly oceanfront house. It was very clean, tidy, nicely furnished and with lots of entertainment options. The host was very accommodating and a great communicator.

Ocean Isle Beach House

This was a very nice beach house. It was very well stocked with games, puzzles, bathroom supplies, beach chairs and kitchen dishes and equipment. Only two concerns - upstairs deck was a bit rickety so we didn’t use it at all and we killed at least 6 -10 roaches throughout the house.

Wonderful Get Away!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean front views are beautiful and the large back porch with rocking chairs and a large daybed swing were perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return!

The house is wonderful! The location is very convenient and we loved the outside decking and accessibility to the beach. The owner was very easy to work with and responded promptly to a situation we had. Had a great family/friend getaway and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for our family to get away and relax. The outdoor swing bed was the most popular for afternoon naps after coming off the beach. The kids loved the hammock in the front of the porch. There were enough bathrooms too keep this family of 5 happy. Wonderful stay!!!!

Wonderful getaway

We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Plenty of space and a large kitchen. The only drawback was the very small bathroom off of the master bedroom, but the other baths were clean and comfortable. We also loved the cozy fireplace.

Great location and everything you’ll need!

Our family of five stayed at this lovely home on Ocean Isle Beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you’ll need. The loft is an extra sleeping space and can also serve as a second TV or game room if your group is large. Back porch has a nice gate to keep small children or pups safe and secure. We would most definitely stay here again.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach. The house is a bit dated. Bathrooms and kitchen need updated. Back porch roof leaks badly when raining. In the description it says there’s a loft, but it’s just the second floor living area. Not a separate loft. Probably would not stay there again.

We rented this property for a small family wedding. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures on here don’t do the property justice. It is absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect little beach wedding. I would 10/10 recommend staying here. Check in process was very easy also.

The perfect location, house and service. Our families had an amazing time. This house is perfect for relaxing... period. The views were picture perfect! Location

Property location and spaciousness were the best things about the house. It badly needed new flooring and painting but overall it was a nice house. It didn’t appear clean, maybe because it’s an older house. I would return but some family members weren’t impressed.
