The property can accommodate up to 21 guests and consists of 4 independent apartments with shared outdoor areas. These include 2 large and comfortable swimming pools (sizes: 10x4 and 8x5 meters), a relaxation area with sun loungers and deckchairs, a barbecue, and private indoor parking. The entire property is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Two apartments (Lentisco and Mirto) are located on the lower floor and each features 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers, and an outdoor veranda with a table and chairs.

The other two apartments (Corbezzolo and Melograno) are located on the ground floor, with a few steps at the entrance. Corbezzolo has 2 bedrooms (one double with an additional single bed and one twin with two single beds), a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with a shower. Melograno has 3 bedrooms (one double with an additional single bed, one twin, and a third room with a bunk bed), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and two comfortable full bathrooms. Finally, both apartments feature a veranda furnished with a table and chairs.

The outdoor area includes a large furnished garden, a relaxation zone, two comfortable barbecues, a stone oven, a washing machine corner, outdoor showers, large private parking, and two beautiful swimming pools (with a gradual entry and a shallow water area) with a solarium.
