Parking is available on site. The home is located in a secluded quiet neighborhood off Silverado Trail, in walking distance to downtown, providing easy access to restaurants and wineries. Walking trails are located three blocks away along the Napa river. Lounge on the deck or lawn and enjoy the peace and quiet amongst the lush landscape.

Superb
A private and quiet place. We prefer to get off the path well traveled & this suite was perfect. Very close to downtown Napa and wineries. I highly recommend staying here and we'll be coming back again soon.

Great way to 'wine' down
We enjoyed our week of wine tasting and this was a great location to end each day. It was convenient for so many restaurants as well. The Kasten's have a very nice home - and welcomed us to their winery as well.

This is not our first time at this property, we Love it here. Meets our needs. Great bed, small fridge, bathroom is great. Very quiet area, close to many places. The owners are delightful, left us a bottle of wine from their family winery. We always look to stay here on our visits to NapaValley.

Lovely place
Cynthia & John are lovely hosts and very accommodating. The room is a master suite, very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Very cozy all around .There is also a washer/dryer and Keurig. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and wineries. If you get a chance, highly recommend visiting their winery for a tasting. Our favorite part are the paintings throughout by the owner, John. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Peaceful Retreat
The property and hosts are lovely. We enjoyed two nights in the peaceful retreat. The location was close to downtown Napa, which made it easy to come and go in between activities. There are a lot of amenities and things to make your stay cozy.

Quiet, Clean, and Convenient
Cynthia was very responsive before, during, and after my stay. The unit is attached to their home and is in a wonderful location with easy access to hiking, downtown Napa, and wineries. It is very quiet and peaceful. I came to Napa to attend the celebration of life of a dear friend and I especially appreciated Cynthia's flexibility around check-in and departure.

Space was clean and perfect for the two of us. Home and neighborhood setting were beautiful. Location within a 10-minute walk to the Napa River Trail and 30-minute walk to downtown Napa was ideal. Host was helpful and provided many good ideas for winery, eating out and other activities.

We have stayed on several occasions at this property. We love how peaceful it is, close to various Napa venues. The place is clean, equipped with what someone needs. The owners offer a wine tasting at their winery which we indulge in. Great wine. We will stay again.

Lovely Owners Lovely Cozy Stay
These owners are family from the first day you meet them to receive the key. Then their home welcomes you to be comfortable cozy with no needs they haven't met to make your stay wonderful! Second time, and I will be back every time I come to Napa! love the Kastens!!!!!!! And their wine visit their vineyard!

Wonderful!
John and Cynthia have a beautiful home in a great location. The private room is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need. We loved ataying here. Cynthia pays attention to detail and had so many extra nice touches for us. It was quiet and easy. Can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful Home with a B&B feel! Comfortable bed too!!
I had a nice & cozy 2-night stay during Napa's BottleRock Music Festival. It was a private room with-in a big beautiful home surrounded by trees. The owners were friendly & made me feel very welcome in their home. I especially loved the extras: a bottle of wine, hot tub, snacks & coffee. Thank you, Cynthia & John.

Cynthia is a very warm person. After her personal welcome, she was unobtrusive but made it clear that she was available should the need arise. We loved the location to downtown and all the wineries too. The neighborhood is very quiet. The bedroom, originally a living room, is perfect for sleeping. She thought of everything and anything one might need and /or forgotten to bring.. Two things that someone may find inconvenient: one has to traverse the main hallway and climb a few steps to reach the bathroom, and while there is a refrigerator in the bedroom there is no formal kitchen should you wish to cook. If you're looking for a restful stay, this is the place! Thank you for hosting, Cynthia, you're a doll!

My husband and I planned our first trip to California and the Napa area. Cynthia greeted us at the property upon our arrival, she was so gracious and informed us about everything plus provided us with information on the area prior to our arrival so I had already booked several tastings at local vineyards. She had also let us know about their family vineyard and we had a private tasting with her and her husband. It was so nice to hear about the history of their property and great details about the wine making process. Such a treat! Highly recommend visiting. The VRBO had the most comfortable bed, cozy and quaint inside and out. Tucked into a great little community, very close to downtown Napa. I personally enjoyed the outside area and bistro table, as I had to work a bit in the early morning and early evenings. So quiet and enjoyable. Thank you for a most enjoyable visit to NAPA and for your hospitality. We will be back and we have already shared our experience with friends and family.

Perfect weekend getaway
The location is unbeatable. It is tucked back in a neighborhood where you feel secluded and away from everything but still very close to downtown. We were met at check in and given information, a tour and had any questions answered. Pictures and description are very accurate. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.
