On the nicest plot at the end of a cul-de-sac well surrounded by beautiful trees is this really well maintained, cozy cottage. Living room and kitchen are in open communication with each other with wood stove. In both rooms there is the most beautiful wooden floor - new in 2018. Newly renovated in 2018 is also the bathroom, so it now appears bright and delicious. Around the house there are several good terraces, so it is always possible to find a nice shelter. In this lovely cottage in Houstrup, your dog is also very welcome. Free final cleaning!

Ruhige Sackgassenlage mit offenem Grundstück

Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch das Inventar war vollständig und gut brauchbar. Allerdings waren die beiden Sonnenliegen durchgerostet und daher nicht zu nutzen. Der Kühl-Gefrierkombi hat sich am 3. Tag meines Urlaubs verabschiedet. Er wurde aber noch am selben Tag gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Sackgassenlage in einer sehr abwechslungsreichen grünen Umgebung. Leider ist das Grundstück sehr offen und ohne jegliche Abgrenzung. Dadurch ist die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt und das Grundstück für Hunde ungeeignet.
