The cottage in Årgab was built in 2005 and is being renovated regularly, so it looks super well maintained. The cottage is located in quiet and child-friendly surroundings - only 50m from lovely sandy beach. Large open and closed terrace area with garden and sun loungers, and swing set. The entrance hall of the cottage is tiled and equipped with washer and dryer. The spacious living room is combined with the kitchen and equipped with beautiful furniture, satellite dish, with Boxer Max TV package. DVD player, CD player, PlayStation 3 and wood burning stove. In addition, there is fiber network coverage throughout the house. Kitchen area is well equipped with tiled floor, dishwasher, microwave and freezer of 100 liters. Two well-functioning bathrooms with shower, of which the large bathroom also contains a large 6-person spa and a small sauna. From the bathroom there is direct access if you want a dip in the North Sea. All tiled floors have underfloor heating. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and a loft. In addition, there is an energy-friendly heat pump that provides cheap heating of the house.
