Wonderful Thanksgiving celebration in Fayetteville
My partner and I spent Thanksgiving week in Fayetteville, traveling in from Austin-Texas, to visit family. The home is an absolute treasure. A beautiful historic bungalow, located near the town square with lots of great shopping, dining, and Wilson Park practically in the back yard, great for casual strolls each day. The house is impeccably furnished with comfortable, yet stylish pieces, and lovely art and books in abundance. The beds and bedding are lush and comfortable as well as being a very quiet neighborhood...we slept like babies each night for the whole week. It was well appointed in every way, from the kitchen, to the dining, living, bedrooms and bath. We brought our own cookware, because, with other rentals we have often found what is available lacking, but not so here. This owner's Fayetteville retreat felt like home and we need not have bothered driving half of our kitchen over 1,000 miles, there and back...I will know next time, no need to bring anything other than expectations of a wonderful, relaxing, and fun filled time with family and friends. We hosted Thanksgiving there for 8 and had plenty of room for dining at the table, as well as lounging in the living room after our meal, before a leisurely walk in the nearby park. Coffee at the breakfast nook each morning was a treat as well. We have very high standards and a FIVE stars rating is completely heartfelt. Looking forward to our next visit, staying again in this gem of a retreat.
Sincerely, Jim&Eddie
