Lots of new updates including Ethan Allen microfiber sofa, Lazy-boy swivel recliner, new paint throughout, new bathroom vanity with blue pearl granite counter, patio chairs, all new curtains, bedding, pillows, etc. Clean, fresh new feel to entire villa!
Amenities: Large living room with 50 in. widescreen smart TV, DVD and XFinity highspeed WIFI and cable TV. Bedroom with king bed with memory foam mattress, armoire, all linens provided. Full dining room. Queen size Murphy Bed sleeps additional 2 people on 10 in. memory foam mattress. Fully appointed kitchen. custom tile walk in shower, hair dryer. Separate toilet room. We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again

Perfect place to stay

It was my second time in Kiawah with my fiancé, this time bringing a family member of mine. The location of this apartment is basically steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and was perfect size for what we needed. No issues at all. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer and we will keep this place in mind if we come back in the future.

Great location, comfortable bed

Location of the condo is wonderful - in the heart of the Kiawah action and right by the beach. You can walk to the splash pad, grab coffee at The Nest, and get to everything easily which we loved. Condo was as described and accurately depicted in photos - not fancy, could use some updating, but is clean enough and was comfortable. We especially liked the comfy bed! Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect Getaway!

This is a beautiful, clean and fully equipped villa! The locations is absolutely PERFECT! You are almost on the beach..so close! Super close to Night Heron Park as well which has a pool, playground and convenience store/restuarant. We spent hours riding bikes around Kiawah. We rented bikes from the suggestion from the owner. They were waiting for us when we checked in! Perfect! We spent hours on the beach as well and the cute little deck of the villa. Brendan was an exceptional host! Very accomodating! The king bed was SO comfy! Again...PERFECT! We will be back again and again!!!

We loved this condo!

We would absolutely stay here again. Everything was in great condition with lots of luxury touches throughout the property, better than expected. The mattresses were quality memory foam, nicer than what you'd find in premium hotels. The walk to the beach is about as short as you can find on the island. Great patio with three comfortable seats. I was really impressed with all the little touches that made for a pleasant stay. The owners seem to have perfected setting the condo up for guests. One minor point is that the pools at Night Heron park can only be accessed if you book through the Kiawah Resort, VRBO does not count. The ocean was warm enough that we swam in it comfortably, so we would not have used the pool anyway.

Great location

Great location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, easy walk to the East Beach conference center and to the Sanctuary as well. Bed was super comfortable. Balcony is a good size for 2-4 people. Only issue was when we arrived the cleaning service had not come by after the previous tenants. Not how we wanted to start our vacation after a 6-7 hour drive and arriving late at night. Luckily we called the property manager who came over and took care of it shortly. No other issues after that, great stay!

Just okay

Property was just okay. The cleanliness could have been better. There were a few dead bugs in the silverware drawer so we didn't use the kitchen other than the frig. There were quite a few spider webs in and outside the place. The one on the back porch kept us from that area. Also the place needs some electrical work. The outlets in the bathroom and bedroom didn't work. We still had a nice time but checked out after the first night because we just wanted to sleep in our own beds. Location was nice, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Also wanted to note that even though we were on the first floor, we still had to climb a flight of steep steps. This may be difficult for small kids or elderly.

Location was Awesome

The location was awesome. Steps from the beach. Walking/biking distance from the Nest and Loggerheads. The unit was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed Coffee maker (standard 10 cup basket type), fridge and ice maker (slow to make ice). If you use a lot of ice bring some. The unit is in a heavily wooded area. I would assume great in the heat but I would brighten the unit up with all light colors, white trim, light color bedding. We needed lights during the day. I would change from carpet to tile as well. But that is all cosmetic stuff. We didn't use the Murphy bed but the unit is definitely doable for 4. The bathroom situation (shower and sink separate from toilet) is more functional for more people. I would definitely stay here again. Things to know, though tempting, there are pools near by but off limits to nonmembers. However, the restaurants/bars near the pools are open to all. We ate at both the Nest (take out) and Loggerheads (fun pool/resort vibe). We also went to Salty Dog for sunset. Great location and a short drive away. I would also recommend a stop by Estuary Brewing on the way on to Kiawah to stock up the fridge. Definitely bring or rent bikes. Biking on the beach is a must do. Kiawah is beautiful and great for birding and appreciating nature (alligators, night time crab safaris, sea turtle nests!)
