Charmante, ruhig gelegene Villa mit wunderschönem Pool

Die Villa liegt etwas ausserhalb von Cecina, das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäumt, was für unseren Hund ideal war. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Der Pool ist herrlich und sehr gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sicher. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder!

vacanze in relax

ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e allo stesso tempo vicinanza al mare: la casa si trova immersa nel verde in zona tranquilla. a pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge il mare e si può scegliere sia la spiaggia organizzata di marina di cecina che la spiaggia più selvaggia (e libera). Anche per la sera, se si vuole un po' di vita (negozi, passeggiata, locali) si raggiunge marina di cecina in pochi minuti. se invece si preferisce la tranquillità, ci si può godere la campagna senza essere disturbati. consigliata in particolare a famiglie con figli.

Simple accomodation with no wifi

Simple accomodation, quite old equipment (fridge, washing mashine, dishwasher). No wifi at place. Cockroaches at bathrooms. No mosquito net at windows ( only one window has a net). Helpful owner but speak italian only.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus

Ein schönes gepflegtes Haus, ideal auch für Hundbesitzer. Auch der Pool wird sehr gut gepflegt. Nicht ganz in Ordnung ist das manchmal von außerhalb ( wer?) jemand mit Kindern zum Pool kommt, die dann dort herum toben.

Casa accogliente, pulita e ben manutenuta piscina privata. Gentilissimo il proprietario.

Complesso di due ville, con piscina privata, situata in località appartata, molto confortevole e tranquilla. Vicina al mare e in ottima posizione sia per escursioni in giornata (Volterra, Castagneto Carducci, San Galgano, Lucca, Siena), che per tranquille giornate al mare (Marina di Cecina, Bibbona sono vicinissime, ma volendo ci si può spostare anche di più in mezz'ora di macchina). Località servitissima, con tutto il necessario. Una vacanza soddisfacente, che potremmo anche replicare in una futura occasione.

Soggiorno in villa Margherita

Buongiorno Posso solo fare commenti positivi per l'ottimo soggiorno in villa Margherita del Sig. Vanni. Appartamento grande e confortevole e una bellissima piscina circondata da piante e fiori. Ottimo anche per la mia cagnolina che si è rilassata meglio di noi. Penso che torneremo in futuro in questo bel posto nella campagna di Cecina tra ulivi e vigneti.

schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Cecina, man braucht ein Auto. Supermärkte etc sind in ca. 2-3 km Entfernung vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage - ein schöner Aufenthalt

Alles prima - gepflegtes Haus in sauberem Zustand Kleines Willkommensgeschenk (Nudeln) und Blumen auf dem Tisch. Ein schöner Garten und ein toller Salzwasser-Pool (wurde jeden Tag gereinigt) Tierischer Familienanschluss war auch vorhanden -> beide Katzen haben unsere Terrasse bewacht :-) wurden natürlich mit Katzenfutter entlohnt für Ihre Mühe ;-) Wie im Angebot abgebildet - entspricht das Haus dem, was man sieht - wir waren rundum zufrieden! Vielen Dank Fam. Ratzinger/Denzer
