Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Topsl multiple times a year. This unit was okay. However on the first day the oven had roaches and my wife even spoke with the bug man who stated to not use the oven. We then contacted the management company who said this wasnt true. To make a long story short we then had to eat out every single day. They did replace the oven on the last day. We had asked for some sort of compensation all week and they said we had to wait until after we checked out.....here we are 2 months after and still no refund. I hope the owners know the truth about this issue. We even offered to give this condo another try in the future....

Perfect Location

This place was perfection. So close to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed being on the first floor and the large patio. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Condo/ Great Location

I had to wash the table and chairs due to Bird Poo. The Patio had a lot of trash that needed to be swept. Luckily, the facility man came over and used the leaf blower to clean the patio.

Tops’l is the best but not the unit

We arrived at the unit with the outside temperature 103° in the inside temperature of the unit in the upper 80s only to find the air conditioner was broken. We spent the first several hours with no air conditioning. It was finally fixed later in the evening. The unit could use some updating. We have stayed at Tops’l Beach resort at least 10+ times and this is probably the worst unit we’ve ever had. The beds need to be updated and the pillows felt like hockey pucks. The kitchen is ill equipped with lot’s of items but they are mismatched for example pots and pans with no lids. There was a nice selection of beach toys and chairs in the master bathroom closet however, they were covered with sand and many of them broken. The refrigerator is missing several door shelves, and it was difficult to stock the refrigerator with items such as milk. Usually when you go to a vacation rental, there are some amenities you expect, for example, salt, pepper, coffee filters, and cleaning supplies. There was even a broom and dust pan. I don’t usually write reviews but felt it necessary to take the time to write this one. I wish there would have been a way for me to contact the owner before writing this.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. The access to beach/ pool couldn’t be better. We did have issue with oven not working and took a while to find solution but overall happy with the place/ management. I would definitely say at this location/ condo again. Fully stocked and it was nice to have set up toiletries in each bathroom. Two different style coffee maker’s available. The beach service was easy to deal with and pool side restaurant was reasonably priced, great service, quick with decent food.

Even Better Than The Listing

This is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in the Destin area. Beautiful views, clean, well stocked and a perfect location! There’s a closet with beach chairs, floats and sand toys, or you can rent umbrella/chair service at the beach for $50/day. The pool, restaurant, and beach are literally just steps away! Our family can not wait to go back. Already planning our next trip, and we’ll definitely book the same location!

Best location at the entire resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was like having the penthouse but on the 1st floor. You do not have to deal w a small balcony. It is a huge open patio within steps from the pool. And the closest to the beach access. No elevators to deal with. You simply walk right out. The patio area is totally worth it alone. The furniture was great out there. We always hated lugging our beach stuff thru a maze of hallways and elevators. Soooo easy. DOWN FALLS for us particularly, which had nothing to do our condo were...The beach only allows umbrellas. We were disappointed because we like to set up our canopy. And the bar of the resort closed way too early, and the live music was corny.

Excellent Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED our stay at Tides 103! We have stayed in two other condos at this location, but this was by far our favorite. The location, right out on the patio to the pool and beach, was SOOO CONVENIENT with kids! It made running back to grab snacks or prepare lunch to have by the pool so easy! We look forward to staying in the future. The only issue we had was that the keyfob to the Tides pool as not working, but they got it fixed during our stay. They also had the incorrect WiFi password on the hospitality app, but when I called and requested, they were prompt and got it resolved. There is a huge crack in the ceiling from the kitchen thru the living room. Not a problem for us, but could definitely be a problem in the near future. The living room couch was not comfortable! Thankfully there was a great recliner chair!

Family beach trip

This condo is the perfect location! Just steps from the beach and pools. The food was pretty good at pool restaurant also, super convenient to jsut walk down to from condo. We didn’t leave the condo much at all but Baytown Warf was fun for kids and great area to explore with good restaurants and plenty of fun things for our kids to do. Our kids are 4 and 7, they loved the pools and beach!

Great Miramar Beach Condo

The floors were swept, but needed mopped/cleaned extremely bad. Our first night there, after walking around barefoot for an hour, we noticed our feet were black from the floors. We had to put a blanket on the floor so he could stay clean while playing. Also the jacuzzi hadn’t been run/cleaned. The tub was cleaned, but once we tried to run the jacuzzi, black sediment came out if the jets, so we didn’t use it again. Other than that, the condo was great.

Great location updated unit

This condo is spacious updated and in a perfect location adjacent to the 2 pools and beach. The mattress is comfortable and everything was in good working order. The only issue that I could not give 5 stars was although the condo looked neat and tidy we found out quickly that the floors were filthy. Even walking across the room once without shoes on made the bottoms of our feet black. I did wait until Monday to let the management company know and although they responded very quickly and friendly we never received a floor cleaning. Even so, we would stay here again!!

Wkend getaway

We had a great time, the unit was very clean and appeared to have been recently updated and had a gorgeous view. We really enjoyed the pool and ease of access to the beach.
