This attractive 2 bedroom villa, located near the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 4 guests.

This is a cosy villa with a private pool, set in a quiet, rural location with wonderful, panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains. Guests can easily reach both Frigiliana and Nerja by car in less than 10 minutes and Lidl supermarket is within 5 minutes drive of the property.

The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:

Outside: Private swimming pool, covered terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers beside the pool, barbecue, private parking area for 2 cars.

Inside: Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms (with heating for the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, TV with satellite channels.

The swimming pool at this villa measures 7 meters x 4.5 meters.

In the kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The property has one bathroom with a shower and wc and other with bath and wc.

The villa is situated in an elevated, rural setting and is a popular choice for families with children and couples seeking peace and tranquility.

A car is definitely recommended for visitors to this villa for getting around but is not essential. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi company who offer a competitively priced airport transfer if required. There is a bus stop 150 meters from the villa.

** For winter lettings of 28 or more nights, the electricity costs are not included in the price. We will take a reading of the kWh on arrival and another on departure and will calculate the consumed kWh as per electricity bill costs.**

Sublime location

A fantastic finca just above Nerja and below Frigiliana off the ‘beaten track’. The facilities at the Finca were superb as were the views from the front door !!!!!!!!!!

Great villa with the best views.

Great stay, villa was perfect for us. All amenities you could need. Bus stop just yards away which takes you to Frigiliana or nerja for €1.20pp. A couple of minor issues while there which were promptly and efficiently fixed by Jesus the owner(who lives just around the corner), via the Spain sun rentals team, who also organised our taxis to and from the airport and we’re able to advise of local tourist attractions. Great service. Great holiday. We came to Spain for a family holiday/ wedding. Having visited friends and family in their villas, I would say for a family of 4, this villa was all you could need.( in my opinion we had the best views) Next time we will hire a car to venture out a bit further afield. But easily managed getting about with the bus and taxis. Thanks again

Toller Ausblick auf das Meer, super Pool und immer irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen.

Sehr entspannt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem großen Auto eine Herausforderung.

Magnífica villa para disfrutar de unas vacaciones

Nos ha encantado la zona exterior de la casa, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar allí el día: con el porche a la sombra, la piscina, la barbacoa y la zona de ocio con la mesa de ping-pong y la de billar. También, el interior de la casa tenía unas habitaciones amplias y cómodas y contábamos con 2 baños. Además, en la cocina hemos contado con todos los utensilios necesarios. Importante destacar lo limpio y ordenado que estaba todo y la amabilidad de sus dueños. También, la cercanía y fácil acceso desde la autovía. Una casa para repetir. Todo me ha parecido perfecto.

We stayed a month at Villa Fortes and it was perfect! Was our first time to rent on AIRBNB though an agency and SpainSunRentals made everything easy. I highly recommend their services, they manage dozens of incredible villas in the Malaga, Nerja area, some of them with incredible views of sea and mountains. SpainSunRentals helped every step of our stay, quickly and friendly responding to all our requests. The owner also gave us access to everything needed for a longer stay and the house was a great home for us with incredible views, nice swimming pool, amazing garden with avocados, lemon, mango and banana trees. An experience we are dreaming already to repeat. Note that you will need a car to stay here.

Preciosa casa con vistas a Nerja y al mar

La finca es preciosa y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Jesús, el dueño, es un hombre atento y encantador. Tuvimos un problema con el wifi y removió roma con Santiago para traer un técnico y solucionarlo en el menor tiempo posible. La casa se encuentra a 2 mins en coche de Nerja y Frigiliana. Lugar tranquilo para pasar unos días de relax. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado. WiFi bueno. Supermercado a tiro de piedra, gasolinera cerca, todo lo que te pueda hacer falta esta muy a mano. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Una estancia magnífica

Todo me ha gustado, empezando por el propietario una bella persona amable y cordial, la casa una maravilla perfecta para pasar unos días estupendos, el billar y la mesa de pin y pon un extra añadido para pasar buenas tardes, la piscina muy limpia y bonita, las vistas inmejorables, vamos todo en general genial.
