The contemporary air-conditioned living room with a large quilted sofa opens widely onto the sea view. Adjacent to the sofa is a modern pool table (perfect for entertaining), a bar with stools, and a dining room with a table and seats for ten people. The spacious and gourmet kitchen has glass walls with plenty of storage.
On the other side of this level is a master bedroom, tastefully decorated and offering a beautiful view of the ocean and the swimming pool. A magnificent glass spiral staircase leads to the upper level where you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the other two bedrooms are equivalent in size and located on either side of the master bedroom. Each with its private terrace and panoramic view.
