THE RESIDENCE RONA EREA IČIĆIis located in the picturesque village Ičići, 150 m from the pebble beach and 5 km from Opatija.
The facilities of the building include: air-conditioned common space with satellite TV, central heating, barbecue with table and banks for 10 people, a well maintained garden and private parking space for each of the apartments. The facility has in total 6 apartments which have all been completely renovated a couple of years ago.
Comfort apartments can host 5 people, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The apartment is suitable for 4 adults and 1 child.

Ičići is the first little charming town before Opatija, which is connected to Opatija by a beautiful promenade "Lungo Mare". Take a 30 minute stroll towards Opatija, a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, has many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks and magnificent villas that are waiting to be discovered. Enjoy discovering the enchanting town of Opatija with its churches, villas and well-tended parks. Visit the Croatian Walk of Fame and the small harbour known locally as Portić, and take a picture with the famous statue of the Girl with the Seagull.
Should you go on the other side oft he promenade, you will end up in an amiable little town Lovran, which offers small beaches, various summer festivities and it is a gateway to surrounding medieval towns and Učka mountain.

La palazzina è molto carina e la piscina è un plus incredibile oltre al fatto che tutti i balconi avevano una vista mare molto bella. Ascensore e parcheggio privato numerato come la stanza sono un altro plus. Era presente una comodissima lavastoviglie, il WiFi copriva in maniera eccellente sia tutto l'appartamento che tutta l'area esterna compreso il parcheggio. Prese USB è forte l'anno integrate nelle prese a muro sono state una piacevolissima sorpresa. Abbiamo sfruttato anche la piscina nelle ore notturne in quanto illuminata.

Ár-érték arányban szuper, de kell kötnünk pár kompromisszumot.
Nagyon modern és új a szállás. Gyönyörű a kilátás az erkélyről, nagy, napernyős. Nagyon szuper a medence. Jól felszerelt a konyha és nagy a hűtő. Szuper privát ingyenes parkoló. Egy zsákutcában található, csak az megy arra aki ott lakik. Nagyon közel van a strand (kb 3-4 perc gyalog), étterem kb 15 perc gyalog, bolt 10 perc gyalog. Kifejezetten 2 fő részére ajánlanám. A nappaliban lévő kanapéágy nagyon fapados. De ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szállás! Kutyás strand is nagyon közel van (kb 15 perc gyalog)

Gyönyörűen felújított, teljesen felszerelt és tiszta apartmanba érkeztük. Csodás hetet töltöttünk itt. A medencéből gyönyörű a kilátás, a tengerpart 5 perc sétával elérhető. Kisgyerekkel ez hatalmas áldás. A szálláshoz parkoló is járt. Biztosan visszatérünk ide még.

Gute Lage und gepflegte Außenanlage mit Pool
Die Lage kurz oberhalb der befahrenen Straße ist sehr gut. Über einen kurzen Fußweg gelangt man zur Promenade und zum Strand. Pool ist klasse und Außenanlage sehr modern und gepflegt. Balkon mit Meerblick morgens beim Kaffee!

Die Lage war wunderbar, ebenso wie der Ausblick!! Die Zimmer waren schön groß und geräumig, es war sehr viel Platz, die Küche war gut ausgestattet! Mit dem Tür-Code hat es anfangs nicht geklappt, aber wir haben sofort Hilfe bekommen!

Extraordinary journey!
Beautiful apartments with spectacular views of the sea. Everything is modern in the apartment. It is only a few minutes from the harbour and the beach. When we had some requests the staff was immediately available by phone and they reacted fairly quickly.
