Home from Home

We had a wonderful week in this villa which was fully equipped. The owner and his lovely wife was on hand for any problems and nothing was too much. It is a lovely quite location and not far to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet place and perfect house

We spent one week in Son Bou. If the village isn't typically (as a lot of places in Menorca, too many tourists for me...) , the house was really clean and perfect. We got everything in the kitchen and the swimming-pool was so nice. For the people, who like to walk, the Cami de Cavalls around the island is incredible. Thanks Bernat for everything, your kindness.

Maison conforme au descriptif dans zone pavillonnaire sur la colline de San Bou.

Très belle vue et piscine aux bonnes dimensions pour nager et s’amuser. Par contre équipement et prestations pas à la hauteur du prix en haute saison : décoration basique sans goût et peu chaleureuse, vaisselle limitée (premiers prix et verres de vin très grand format uniquement), linge de lit de piètre qualité, etc

Lovely break

The location was excellent to explore island,even though the owner was very helpful a induction book to explain about everything regarding the property would of been helpful.Overall the stay was superb.

Maravillosa

Ha sido realmente un placer alojarnos aquí. La casa es bonita, grande, cómoda y no le falta de nada. Su úbicación es magnífica, una zona tranquila, con buenas vistas y cerca de la Playa Son Bou. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy fluida. Además hemos podido disfrutar de esta semana con nuestra perrita Linda. Repetiríamos😊

Excellent villa for a family gathering holiday.

Good size accommodation with a lounge opening onto upper outside balcony. Fantastic view of open sea & view of Son Bou. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and appliances, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and grille. All three bedrooms sizes were adequate with sufficient wardrobe space, the rooms were hot for sleeping even though there was an overhead fan. Choice of eating places were within walking distances, <5min, <10 mins and <15mins in main centre depending on how fast your pace is, but why rush! Shopping supermarket is similar. Walking to the beach from this property is around 20mins, lovely clean fine sandy beach and clear water for wading and swimming. Temperature of water was warm and in less than 3minutes, the body can feel comfortable to be fully submerged. This holiday was taken the last week of August with the beginning of the Bank holiday. The temperature was in the 30's, however it rained quite heavily on the second last two days before returning home. On the last day, it returned to a sunny cloudless sky day. Booking the last day transfer to the airport was easy, no fuss, we reserved a Taxi with a cost of 30 Euros. We will return!!

Super Unterkunft für schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, guter Ausstattung (alles was man braucht). Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great property, incredible views

We really enjoyed our holiday and staying at Villa Zodiac. The location was perfect for getting around the island and the villa itself was spacious and relatively cool! The swimming pool was just lovely! We even had four tortoises in the garden! Only things to notewere that although discoverable the wifi was not strong enough to even load a web page and sound insulation was pretty bad between villas. We had a very noisy family staying next door and it sometimes felt that they were in our villa rather than next door. That's just an observation though, not any fault of the property or owners. Really loved the holiday. We hope to be back!!

Die Fewo war sehr schön

Die Fewo war sehr schön gelegen und ruhig. Nicht für Gehbehinderte geeinet. Der nicht einsehbare Pool war sauber und groß genug. Die zwei Terrassen waren wunderbar. Die Ausstattung gut und ausreichend. Der Service ( alle 3 - 4 Tage neue Wäsche und Säuberung) sehr gut. Auch die persönliche Betreuung muss hervorgehoben werden.

Clean,tidy,good location.

Easy to book with owner. Good location for both access to Son Bou 'centre'/beach,which can be walked in around 15mins. Clean well presented rooms and superb view over the beach towards Majorca on the horizon. Pool clean and refreshing to use after a day out and about. Would we stay again - yes.

Nettes Ferienhaus am schönen Strand von Son Bou!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und befindet sich in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Es entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Insbesondere der gepflegte Garten mit dem sauberen Pool lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Garten ist durch hohe Hecken von den Nachbarhäusern blickdicht abgeschirmt, so dass man tatsächlich unter sich ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Fragen und Problemen sofort an Ort und Stelle. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden uns Frühstückssachen wie Toastbrot, Marmelade, Butter und Milch bereitgestellt - so etwas ist bei Ferienhäusern nicht üblich und zeigt wie sehr sich die Gastgeber um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Leider hatten wir Anfang Mai wechselhaftes Wetter und kalte Nächte, wodurch es auch in der Ferienwohnung ziemlich kalt wurde. Es wurde uns jedoch unaufgefordert ein Heizstrahler zur Verfügung gestellt. Der wlan funktioniert leider nicht einwandfrei, im Garten meist besser als im Gebäude... dies ist wohl aber generell ein Problem in Menorca. Das Ferienhaus können wir aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Lage, tolle Villa, sehr freundlich

Wir waren zu zweit in der Nachsaison dort und wollten gar nicht mehr zurück. Die Villa ist ortsüblich schön eingerichtet, bietet genug Raum und war mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer und den am Abend beleuchteten Pool war traumhaft. Der Pool ist durch Hecken von den Nachbarhäusern blickdicht abgeschirmt. Mehrmals die Woche kamen der Poolreiniger und die Putzfrau und hat Handtücher ausgetauscht. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter immer sofort per Mail erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Vorgarten der Villa leben einige Schildkröten die uns auch Spaß gemacht haben. Einziges kleines Manko war das nicht gut funktionierende WLAN, im Garten war der Download ok, im Haus eher schlecht. Wer dort arbeiten muss vielleicht besser mit UMTS-Stick. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Una estancia 100% positiva. Muy recomendable.

Casa muy cuidada y unos propietarios correctísimos y muy amables. Muy buen mantenimiento de la casa en general, interior y exterior en muy buen estado. Buen mantenimiento de la piscina. Buen servicio de limpieza. Zona muy tranquila y recomendada para relajarse y desconectar, con una playa muy bonita a 5 minutos ( en coche ). Lo único negativo.... Que nos habríamos quedado más dias ! HASTA OTRA...

una casa ideal para relajarse

La estancia ha ido muy bien y no ha faltado de nada. Los dueños muy atentos, educados y disponibles para cualquier duda. La casa esta equipada al máximo y muy bien conservada. Situada a 5 minutos de una playa muy extensa y muy tranquila a la que le pondría un 10 si caminas un poco. La piscina muy bien conservada y tiene un buen mantenimiento. Servicio de limpieza eficiente. Lo único malo....QUE NOS HABRÍAMOS QUEDADO MÁS DE UNA SEMANA...! p.d: la frecomendaremos y si podemos algun dia... volveremos.

Sheer bliss

This is the ninth time we have stayed at the Zodiac Villas (4th time at Acuario) and yet again have not been disappointed - what with the beautiful birdsong, resident tortoises and not forgetting the unspoilt view across the nature reserve to the sea beyond - sheer bliss

vacanza meravigliosa

Siamo stati 3 settimane io e la mia famiglia e il posto è splendido. Menorca merita di essere visitata. Il mare è bellissimo. La casa è ben posizionata, pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e in un posto che ti permette di rilassarti al massimo. La piscina è stupenda ed è un'ottima alternativa alla spiaggia. I proprietari sono persone molto affabili e disponibilissimi, molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Le pulizie (piscina e casa) vengono fatte molto spesso e il personale è molto cortese. Ciao Bernat...gracias para todo a ti y a tu familia !
