Clean and comfortable
Flat is clean and in good condition and in a great location however the door step is used as a smoking area by nearby restaurant staff. There was constant cigarette smoke coming in through the front door into the hallway and up the stairs and also through the open windows in the flat. It was hot whilst we were there and we had to close all the windows as we couldn’t bare the secondhand smoke. On leaving and entering the flat we were constantly met by groups of smokers sitting on the step outside the door and discharged cigarette butts. Such a shame as it’s a nice clean flat but it’s a health hazard. Fix this and I would have rated it 4 stars.

Amazing location with a neighborhood feel, great amenities
We travel to London often--this was one of the better flats in which we've stayed. The front door is just around the corner from Marylebone High St which is exactly what we seek although it can be slightly noisy up until 12:30-1am on weekends. The flat is as pictured, the TV and Wifi works and there are plenty of clean linens. Communications both prior to and day of with the property manager were smooth. The only minuses are that the dryer wasn't working and the carpets need a little cleaning. Those aren't important to us as the location and overall cleanliness outweighs them both. Would recommend for couples and families (my husband and I stayed there with our 13 YO daughter).

So Much Better Than a Hotel!
Pros: The apartment was super cute, nice and spacious and in a fantastic location in Marylebone with free Wifi and cable TV...surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The online management was pleasant, prompt and responsive via email, even on a Saturday night. Our keyholder met us at exactly the time promised, and there were thoughtful items waiting in the apartment like a package of scones, little jam jars and fresh milk. It's so great to have all the linens and dishes waiting for you without having to worry about it. Cons: It had some major water damage on the wall and some cracked plaster in the bedrooms, but I suppose that's to be expected in what's probably a 200-year-old building. But there were a few things that could've been easily fixable...like chipped dishes and a broken lampshade in the living room. Our only big disappointment was that we'd asked for a late checkout on our departure day (checkout is at 11am, and our flight didn't leave until 4:00). But they couldn't accommodate us because the arriving guests had requested an early check in. We had booked several months in advance, so this didn't seem particularly fair to me. But our friends were staying at a hotel down the road that was more than happy to store our luggage for us even though we weren't guests. Most luggage storage places wanted £40+ to store a couple bags for a few hours. So in summary, I think the big pros definitely outweighed the small cons, and we would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to our friends. But if you have a lot of bags to store at the end, you might want to save yourself the stress and make alternate arrangements ahead of time.

Disappointing
We were really disappointed with this apartment!! It is in disrepair and in my opinion should not be rented out again until until the owner deals with the issues!!! I took many pictures which I plan on sending to the VRBO directly!!!

Excellent stay and incredible location!
The apartment was situated in the BEST location, with easy access to numerous tube stations and the ability to walk (10-15min) to many London highlights. In general, the apartment was perfect for 5 people, the exception being that we often ran out of hot water after two consecutive showers (this wasn't a huge deal, however). Hosts were attentive and considerate and I would 10/10 recommend this apartment for a lovely family vacation in London!

Fantastic location...apartment needs a little love
The location of the flat was fantastic Marylebone is a real great area. Was right outside and there is everything from cafe, pub, great restaurants and shopping. The staff that manages the flat was also very attentive. However there were a few details that i was a little disappointed in . The bathroom need some work. Tiles on the floor broken and there was a bad leak in the large bedroom that might happened a few weeks back but was not addressed. Outside of that the kitchen had everything you needed and the bed were very comfortable and for the most part the flat was clean. Good value for the price but with some small improvement form the owner this would be a great place to stay. Would I stay there again ...yes with but only with some improvements mentioned.

Clean, bright apartment.
We had an amazing time. Everything was nearby; shops, bakery, cheese shop, tube, buses. Walking distance to Hyde park, Buckingham palace, theaters. The management was very responsive to all our requests. There was a welcome basket with some snacks and coffee, milk in the fridge to get us started.
