Lovely place
We enjoyed our stay in Mauros house very much. Wonderful view, close to the sea, even close enought for the kids. We loved the posibility to "live" outoor on the terrace.

Good location with a great view
We had a wonderful vacation in lavagna. A trip to the Chinque Terre, Portofino or Genoa is really easy by train, preferably from Sestri Levante station, which you can reach in about 7 minutes by car. The beaches in Lavagna and Cavi are beautiful and can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes. The apartment is simple (without air conditioning) but equipped with everything you need and really very clean! The view of the sea from the small balcony and the living room window is really unique. Lavagna, perfect to se everything on the costline of Italy!
Fantastic place to stay if you sant to se Cinque Terre ord the other way to Portofino. The house (top floor) is so nice with a balcony to the sea and a big patio (with a barbeque) in the shade, nice place to be after bech! The house is well located with small grocerystore, bakary, lokal pastabakary and a few good resturantes. 10 min walk to bech, 25 min to trainstation (easy to go everywere). Mauro is very nice and helpful if you need enything, or advice. We stayed for 2 weeks in july 2019, and we highly recomend to stay here! // Bengt & Helen

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge
Wir haben mit unseren 3 Töchtern 1 Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und besonders für Ausflüge gut geeignet (Portofino, Cinque Terre, Genua…- geht alles gut mit dem Zug). Der Weg zum Strand ist ok - leider gibt es sehr wenige freie Strandstücke und die mit Liegenverleih sind privat und für Familien mit Kindern in der Hochsaison unerschwinglich. Richtung Chiavari (15min zu Fuß) gibt es noch schöne, freie Strandbereiche. Die Wohnung hat eine passable Ausstattung, ist jedoch in einigen Bereichen nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parksituation ist mit einem großen Familienauto nicht immer ganz einfach.

So wunderbar und schön
So viel Spaß hatten wir seit 10 Jahren nicht mehr. Der Ort war so wunderbar, alles war vorhanden, ein schönes und komfortables Haus, ein nahegelegener Strand, der 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist // Was Mauro und Christine betrifft, sie sind sehr nett, Respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Schönes kleines Paradies
Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön abseits des Trubels an einem Hang. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants und der Strand sind gut fußläufig erreichbar (allerdings über einen kleinen Weg mit 140 Stufen). Mauro ist sehr nett und erfüllt kleinere Wünsche sofort und ist sehr hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Für Italien recht ungewöhnlich und es gibt keine Filter in den Märkten zu kaufen...Mauro hat welche besorgt... danke dafür nochmals.

Ferienwohnung mit Charme
Ältere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Selbst Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs waren bereits vorhanden. Wir waren besonders begeistert vom Außenbereich, absolut idyllisch. Nach hinten hin viel Natur, wir haben sogar ein Reh von der Terrasse aus gesehen und nachts war alles voller Glühwürmchen. Eltern kleiner Kinder sollten beachten, dass die Terrasse nicht "geschlossen" ist, sondern zwei Treppen hoch führen. Unsere Kinder freuten sich sehr über die freundliche Nachbarkatze, die täglich zu Besuch kam. Der Strand von Lavagna (Strand mit groben Flusskies) und die Stadt (viel Hundekot auf den Straßen) an sich hat uns nicht so sehr gefallen, aber der Nachbarort Sestri Levante und die Baja del Silencio sind wunderschön. Man sollte nur aufpassen wo man parkt, Touristen bekommen unanständig hohe Bußgelder. Mauro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar um einiges früher einchecken, was nach 7,5h Autofahrt mit 3 Kindern eine absolute Erleichterung war.

Mooi huis op centrale locatie
Prima huis, met gezellig hofje en mooi uitzicht. Lavagna/Cavi ligt centraal tussen Genua en Cinque Terre. 10 minuten lopen naar het strand.

Casa spaziosa con un bel giardino pistrellato sul retro, pulita ho alcuni imprevisti ricostranti ma segnalati all'host che mi ha detto che provvederà..... Distanza dal mare una bella scalinata e arrivi in paese dove trovi l'essenziale : una buona foccacia; i bagni con spiaggia a pagamento ad 1 km trovi spiaggia pubblica con doccia libera.... Purtroppo in spiaggia ristoranti/bar non sono molto attrezati x chi ha problemi di allergie gelati senza latte a parte ghiacciolo non sanno cosa sono!!!!!!!!

Gute Wohnung mit schöner Lage
Schöne Wohnung, man sieht zwar hier und da, dass manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und langsam aus den Fugen geht, aber alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der Wohnung war alles nötige Vorhanden, verschiedene Decken, Klopapier, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Adapter für Steckdosen usw... Super großer und guter Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Blick aufs Meer, und ein kleiner Fußweg mit Treppen zum Strand runter. Man braucht etwas Kondition, es sind ca 140 Stufen bis zum Strand, dafür ist man in 5 min von der Wohnung runter gelaufen und muß nicht irgendwo mit dem Auto hin fahren, Parkplatz suchen usw... Der größte Teil vom Strand ist leider kostenpflichtig, es gibt jedoch auch zwei kleine Stücke dazwischen die frei sind :o) Wir persönlich fanden den Strand hier in Lavagna schöner als an den Orten in der Umgebung, diese waren steiniger als hier. Hier hat es grobkörniger Sand, das Wasser ist klar und man sieht Fische. Empfehlen kann man eine Bootstour nach Portofino oder ein Trip mit dem Auto nach Porto Venere und dort durch die Seitenstraßen. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt auf dem Weg zum Strand und mehrere Pizzerias zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz gesagt, schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, 5 min zum Strand, eine wirklich schöne Gegend, würden wieder kommen.

Tout au top / eczrything was perfect
Nous venons d'y passer une semaine et nous avons adoré. Cest tout près de la mer, un supermarché tout proche à 5 min à pied, un autre un peu mmus grand à Sestri, proche des gares de Cavi et Lavagna (très pratique pour aller à Gênes, aux Cinque Terres etc.) proche de Sestri Levante. Bref emplacement idéal. Le logement était egalement tres bien avec une vue sur la mer et il a été tres facile de communiquer avec les propriétaires avant et pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir haben für eine Woche einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Mit 3 Erwachsenenen und einem Kind (4 Jahre) war ausreichend Platz vorhanden, es hätte auch noch jemand auf dem Schlafsofa Platz gehabt. Sehr positiv war, dass an Handtüchern, Bettwäsche bis zum Toilettenpapier alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden war, sogar Lebensmittel wie Salz, Zucker und Olivenöl warteten in der Küche auf uns. Besonders schön war für uns die Terasse mit Grill-/Backofen, genügend Platz zum draussen essen und viel Grün mit Oliven und Zitronen dahinter. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Strand, sowie Bäckerei und Gastronomie sind zu Fuss erreichbar, man sollte aber etwas Kondition haben, da der Rückweg mit einigen Treppen aufwartet. Was den Strand anbelangt, sind wir meist ins nahegelegene Sestri gefahren, wo uns der Strand etwas besser gefiel. Tipp: Baia del silenzio. Über die Gegend selbst muss man nicht viel sagen, Ligurien ist immer eine Reise wert und Orte wie Cinque Terre und San Fruttuoso sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Mauro ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da werden wir gerne mal wieder kommen. :)

Herrliche Tage in Cavi di Lavagna
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche Ende August! Herrlich in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer zu sein, schade, dass der größte Teil durch Privatstrände, mit Zahlaufforderung belegt ist, das schöne daran ist, dass es dort Cafés und Restaurants gibt, um mal schnell einen Cappuccino zu schlürfen. Der Strand ist steinig aber schön. Das Meer war sehr sauber. Man kann Bootstouren Richtung Portofino oder Clique Terre machen. Es gibt gute Restaurants im Städtchen. Die Terrasse ist groß, dort haben wir immer gegessen. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt! Mauro ist sehr freundlich, und bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar ruhige Unterkunft
Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit schön schattiger Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist an einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Sehr höfliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Und zum Strand zu Fuss wirklich nicht weit. Sehr positiv die Kommunikation mit Mauro, dem Vermieter. Gebt unbedingt Eure Handynummer an. Mauro schreibt auf Englisch via WhatsApp. Alles in Allem also absolut empfehlenswert

La maison est très bien placée : on peut aller à pied à la plage, à la supérette, à la boulangerie, au restaurant, à la gare ... Elle est bien équipée et la terrasse est très agréable; on peut en profiter même quand il fait chaud. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mauro et le remercions pour sa gentillesse.
