Beachfront and steps away from the Beach Club at Pointe West

Serenity Now is a comfortable property that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is free WIFI and HD cable television A large living room /dining room with open kitchen. The large balcony is angled to view the beach and the bay. Sunrise and sunset everyday over the water. The unit is adjacent to the Beach Club which has the infinity pool, game room, fitness room, gift shop, restaurant and bar. You can walk to the beach, the charcoal grills/gas grills or fire pit. Park your car and just relax once you arrive at the newest family treasure.

When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sun screen, food and you! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, and basic spices in each unit.

Pointe West is an exclusive resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills for the guests use during their stay. Enjoy the pool bar and restaurant, Smore's by the Sunset Pool, kid's crafts, Dive-in Movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).

Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us we have information on these items and other things you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.

You are only approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston(The Strande), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away so we recommend guests stop on their way in so they never have to leave their vacation getaway!

WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

Wonderful back to school beach trip!
We have stayed at Pointe West twice before and this was our best trip yet. Mary Alice is a truly wonderful, thoughtful host - very communicative and helpful. Our kids had a blast and the property was clean, conveniently located to the amenities, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the beach views and coastal theming of the rooms. We will absolutely be back again!

Great place for a family vacation
The accommodations here were terrific. You are walking distance to pools and the beach which made things really easy with 3 kids in tow. The only possible drawback is the commute to town which is about 20-25 minutes. It rained for much of our stay so we ended up venturing back and forth repeatedly looking for things to do to stay busy. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

Our First Time in Galveston/Pointe West
Everything was great from checkin to cleanliness. Location was perfect near the main pool and boardwalk. Bummer restaurant was closed due to hurricane but so were a lot of business. We will definitely be back. We had a great time!! Make sure you bring your bug spray. Mosquitoes are bad at night. 😀

The elevator never worked, gnats all in the house, Annoying beeping sound coming from outside by the elevator throughout the whole day. The garage parking roofing came down all over the cars, When I reported all of the above, they just made excuses

Spring Break Getaway
We loved this place. We had previously stayed in Pointe West at one of the free standing homes in the area, but actually found the condo to feel more spacious and had a better layout, not to mention the incredible convenient location for the beach and beach club. Great deck, great location, nice little touches by the host with great information for the area and extras as you arrive. And the whole Pointe West experience is one we've fallen in love with particularly because of how set apart it is from the city and crowds and the access to the beach/pools/club/restaurant/bar. We'll be back, and hopefully this place will be available.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!!
We LOVED our stay at Serenity Now!!! The condo is beautiful, fully stocked with towels, bedding, and even a welcome basket, and the location can’t be beat. The decor is so cute. Throughout the week I kept discovering new special touches I hadn’t noticed at first. The balcony is huge with a table and plenty of comfy seating. And the view is awesome! The condo is on the first floor (above the garage) and right next to all the amenities Pointe West has to offer. The Beach Club has something for everyone—a huge swimming pool, a separate baby pool that our kids enjoyed, and a nice hot tub. Plus great music playing, a bar and cafe, game room, gift shop. The beach was lovely. Not overcrowded. We’re used to driving to the beach so hauling everything in a wagon was quite a workout (5 kids ages 2-7 come with a lot of stuff!). There is a place only a short distance down the beach where you can drive up and park. We might try that next time. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better beach vacation. You will not regret staying here!

Nice property, clean and organized. Resort was a very nice option to beach when hot. This property is very convenient to the resort club. Location is far enough away from downtown chaos but drivable for food, supplies and outings.

Great location and beautiful property. The neighbors above us were really loud when in the bedrooms which you can’t control so just more time on the gorgeous porch and living room. Loved how close it was to the beach and the resort pool

We had a wonderful time staying in this property for our vacation. It was exactly as shown. The only thing we could not do was use the pools as they broke because of a hard freeze the week before we got there. It was a bummer but no ones fault. The management was great and we were very happy otherwise

Great apartment with a great location
We had visited Pointe West before but another property and we didn’t have a great experience. But we loved the location so we have it a try with this condo and we are so glad we did. The condo was clean and was ready before check in time. It has everything you need to be comfortable. Its a short walk front the beach and beach club. You have a great view of the gulf from the terrace. We will look to stay here again soon!
