McIntyre house sits on a quiet lane, a little way from the main Ring of Kerry road. It's just 2 miles outside the pretty town of Killorglin.
The house is on an elevated site with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and the sea in the distance.
To sit in the conservatory in the morning with a cup of tea , watching the color changes of the mountains (sliabh mish) in front of you 😍is a tonic.
A large open plan kitchen diner , with a wood burning stove and conservatory. There is also a lovely large separate sittingroom .
Just off the kitchen is the utility room /kitchenette which has the kitchen sink and dishwasher.

I live in London but come from Killorglin. I love going back to enjoy the local walks.
Why they chose this property
To sit in the conservatory in the morning with a cup of tea just watching the colour changes of the mountains (sliabh mish) in front of you is a tonic.
Our house is so comfortable to sit and stay reading for the day ,or if you go walking and exploring you will look forward to coming back to the house in the evening. It's so cosy sitting around at nightwith the stove on.

What makes this property unique
The house has all the mod cons you need i.e. + dishwasher, microwave, washing machine+ tumble drier). Cupboard under the stairs houses games and some children's toys. The house is so convenient for any sightseeing in Kerry. 2 miles from Killorglin town which has award winning restaurants or lovely pub grub. Lovely walks along the river laune, wood walks or more challenging hikes or mountain climbs. Rossbeigh strand walk (personal favorite !)
If golf is your bag then you are spoilt for choice -Dooks nearby and Killarney 20min Ballybunion1hr drive to name a few.
