This all-ground-floor cottage rests in Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Ash Lodge is an enchanting all-ground-floor dwelling resting on the outskirts of the Welsh village of Llangurig. There are two bedrooms sleeping four guests, comprised of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) served by the family bathroom. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric woodburning effect fire. Outside you can find a decking area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking. Ash Lodge is the perfect setting for your escape as a couple or family of four to Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating and electric woodburning effect fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Decking with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: There is a step up into the shower enclosure, please take care. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £215.
