Terraced house in Mediterranean Village

The terraced house consists of a ground floor with a patio and a first floor with the bedroom(s) and another bathroom. The house has been recently refurbished and it is in very good condition. Its walls being of dry stone make warm in winter and fresh in summer.

One of the rooms is a very spacious room with an outward facing window and equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm2) . The other room, of smaller dimensions (3,1 x 2,6 m2) is equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm2) and is an interior room. All beds are new and the mattresses are of visco-elastic material. The patio measures 5,4 x 2,9 m2 and is equipped with exterior dining room furniture. This house is the ideal gateway for a couple, with or without children, who is looking to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

Lovely house in lovely town
This house is a real gem. Clean, well equipped and with great character. Lovely peaceful garden/terrace. Neighbours are renovating (which Gabriel had notified us about), but we hardly noticed it. Easy to find parking, close to shops, restaurants and some of Mallorca's best beaches. We will return. Thank you Gabriel and Alejandra.

Schönes Stadthaus in zentraler Lage
Ideales kleines Stadthaus für 2 Personen, die zentral in Santanyi wohnen möchten. Das Haus ist einfach, aber mit allem, was man für den alltäglichen Bedarf benötigt, eingerichtet. Parkplätze findet man immer auf der Straße , oft direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend.

Sweet property in great location
The house was in a great location within walking distance to some very good restaurants and short driving distance to super beaches. Well equipped kitchen should you want to cook. Small bathroom upstairs but clean and adequate. Outside courtyard very private for eating outdoors. Good communication with host. Santanyi is a great place to holiday close to many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The town has a very friendly atmosphere with good market Wednesday and Saturday.

Kleines Stadthaus in Santanyi
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Santanyi in diesem Stadthaus zu Gast. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Santanyi ist toll, die Umgebung sowieso. Das Häuschen ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die coolen Holzmöbel im Hof müssten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter funktioniert prima! Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr niedliches kleines Haus!
Zentral gelegen und für ein 2-3 Personen ausreichend. Schöner Sitzplatz im Freien und ein zweites Bad im Garten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa proprietà e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è pulitissima e veramente accessoriata di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una vacanza serena in un'atmosfera molto rilassante. I proprietari, presenti ma non invasivi, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e sui ristorantini dove andare a mangiare. Consigliatissima!

Gut gelegenes Stadthaus in Santanyi
Der schlichte Einrichtungsstil und die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus und der Innenhof bieten genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 1 älteres Kind und sind mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen auf einem sehr guten Niveau ausgestattet. Alejandra und Gabriel sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Es hat uns gut gefallen; wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Eine schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Santanyi. Der Check-In war trotz später Stunde sehr herzlich, der Check-out übrigens auch :). Nach 2015 und jetzt 2019 gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bequemes Bett, 2 Bäder, gut ausgestatte Küche (ein Geschirrspüler wäre super :). Der innen Hof lädt an lauen Abenden zum Verweilen ein. Wir werden bestimmt noch ein drittes mal wieder kommen.

Entspannter Urlaub
Für uns war dieses kleine Haus ideal. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem dicht am Zentrum. Der Wochenmarkt ist fast vor der Haustür. Und hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Santanyí, immer eine Reise Wert!
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, in einem schönen sauberen Haus . Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war vor und während der Reise sehr nett. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen mit liebe eingerichtet . Alles da was man so braucht. Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden! Wir waren schon oft auf Mallorca und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit liebe Familie Vidal ! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Haus, super Lage, sehr nette Vermieter.
Schon im Voraus war der Kontakt sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vor Ort hat trotz Ankunft nach 23 Uhr alles super geklappt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.

Kuscheliges Ferienhaus im wundervollen Santanyi
Auch in diesem Jahr hatten wir einen großartigen Urlaub auf unserer Lieblingsinsel. Das gemütliche Ferienhaus mitten in Santanyi hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles da für einen Ferienaufenthalt für zwei Personen. Inclusive Klimaanlage, welche auf Grund des traumhaften Wetters auch noch genutzt wurde. Besonders toll war der gemütliche Innenhof. Wir haben dort ausgiebig gefrühstückt und schöne Abende verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Santanyi ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Ein kleines Haus mit großer Seeler
Es ist ein kleines charmantes Haus mit allem was man braucht ,sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet .Die gute Seele des Hauses Alejandra sorgt dafür das es an nichts fehlt .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt trotz des nicht ganz soo schönem Wetter aber gottseidank hatten wir die Heizung und hatten es schön gemütlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei euch

Super Haus, super Gastgeber, super Urlaub!
Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Santanyi. Das Haus liegt sehr gut; nah am Centrum von Santanyi. Mit dem Auto kann man den Süden Mallorca sehr gut erkunden. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und es wurde für alles gesorgt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit mediterranen Flair
Vermieter: Sehr, sehr nett! Hat alles erklärt was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben, Top! :) Wohnung: Das Appartment ist wirklich schön. Die Terasse mit dem zusätzlichen Badehäuschen ist optimal zum Entspannen! Resümee: Ich würde wirklich sofort wieder dort buchen (ohne zu zögern), wenn es eine Klimaanlage, die funktioniert, geben würde. Bei der Hitze ständig über 34°C, auch in der Nacht, hilft kein lüften mehr. Daher der fehlende Stern.

Although I was born in this lovely and charming village I lived in London many years. After those London years I realized this village was the place where I wanted to live my life. The quality of life is just fantastic: weather is just great, the sea is marvellous, food is delicious, you can practice many sports including trekking, biking, climbing, diving, sailing etc...

Why they chose this property

This property is situated at only 100m from the centre of Santanyí a small charming village (5000 inhabitants) which has become very cool and trendy in the last 10 years.

The focal point/core of the house is the patio with plenty of space and plants and with stylish wooden furniture.

The house was built many years ago in dry stone which gives it a lot of character. In addition, its thick dry stone walls make it warm in winter and fresh in summer.

The proximity to the centre of the village and the location of the village itself which is surrounded by many beaches, natural parks and wonderful landscapes.
