Oasis 2416, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2416

This is a north facing unit but still has beach views from the huge Master Bedroom and balcony off living room.

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, five bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. This unit was just recently decorated on 5/15/17 and never rented until NOW !!

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large master bedroom has great views of the beach, incredible to wake up to!!

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, there are two queens in the bedroom and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed for sleeping up to 10.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.

Family Vacation in Orange Beach, AL

The property and condo was absolutely amazing! The location to the beach made it easy access because we had young children with us and the water slide and lazy river were a hit!! The condo itself was spacious and I hope we can book again for next year! One comment on the bedding in the master bedroom, spring for sheets that actually fit the bed. The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off each night as we slept.

There were some minor issues with shower heads in two of the showers. They were cracked and water sprayed out from the stem/head. Other small issues - light out, handle off closet door, batteries dead in remote; were all fixed the next day after notification. All in all a great stay! Loved the large master/master bathroom. Only missing a on the beach view.

Four Family Vacation

The property was the perfect size for our trip. Each family had a bedroom and bathroom and there was a crib for the youngest traveler. The condo is conveniently located to several of our favorite Orange Beach restaurants and shopping. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property on check in. There was sand covering the floor in one of the bathrooms, the furniture was dusty, there was a vape cartridge in another bedroom, and the crib sheet was stained. The property manager offered to send an inspector, but we cleaned for ourselves. The property manager was very responsive during our stay. Be prepared for long elevator waits on check in day! Overall this was a great place for our vacation.

Relaxing View of Orange Beach

We loved the overall spacious room of this condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a nice prepared meal. Our family enjoyed the fantastic view overlooking Orange Beach and Foley. Looking forward to returning soon!

Very Spacious

The unit is beautiful. Very spacious. Did not feel cramped. We had an issue and I reached out to the property manger. She was responsive on how to go about fixing the issue. The front desk did address the issue and were apologetic about it. We were very happy we chose this unit. Would book it again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family visited in early August and did not experience the long elevator wait times that other guests have noted (max wait was ~10 min on a day when it rained and everyone rushed inside at the same time). Parking was relatively easy and we were fortunate to be able to obtain a 3rd pass. The unit overall was well done and very spacious for our party of 8. Lots of dishware and utensils; ice machine was much appreciated; beds decently comfortable; water pressure strong. The reasons for not giving this property 5 stars: wifi was unreliable for basic streaming; the unit is fairly close to the elevators and in two of the bedrooms you could hear a lot of elevator traffic; several light bulbs throughout the unit were out; screen door on the deck was off; some remote batteries were dead (we ended up replacing a disc battery to be able to adjust volume from the sound bar); floors were sandy (we expected this to a degree since we're at the beach - but on our first day it didn't feel like the floors had been swept at all). To be fair, these were all minor inconveniences, sure. But as a family who visits this area annually and has stayed in a range of properties, there are more convenient and less crowded places to stay for a similar rate, and where you don't need to worry about things like elevator wait times and navigating a parking deck. We don't mind crowds (everyone really was pleasant at the beach) but at night the condo seemed to turn into some kind of pre-teen party-central and all the condo amenities would be taken over (e.g. fitness room, sauna, hot tubs). Again, not a dealbreaker by any means, but for those of us who only get 1-2 weeks a year away from busy work schedules to go to the beach, these details can start to matter and may influence a decision to book this property. Large Luxurious Condo with lovely Intercoastal View

We came with a group of 20 family members(with 9 in this particular condo) and everyone constantly commented on how stunning the furniture, décor and space was in "our" condo. It was well equipped in the kitchen with everything you could think of. We initially had trouble contacting the manger, but once arriving communication was smooth and quick. Only other issue we had was getting our second parking pass due to the desk being closed when that car arrived. Otherwise, we all loved staying here and highly recommend!

Loved this unit as it was perfect for our family of 8!

This is such a great place to stay with many fun things to do for all ages! My only suggestion would be to please have management find a way to help the elevator problem. On check-in day (can not check in before 4:30) parked on 12th floor which is the highest floor in parking garage, the unit is on 24th floor. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for an elevator that we could use and then another who knows how long taking the down elevator to the first floor and then back up to the 24th stopping at each floor going down and up. Everyone waiting for the elevators complained about them everyday, all day. Please look into a solution for this very painful process. A shop with suntan lotion, snacks and maybe a grill/sandwich shop on the first floor would be great, they would make a fortune.

Our stay was during hurricane Ida. We got to Orange Beach early to get ahead of the storm …

The condo itself was awesome! It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. As for the property, it was a solid 4 out of 5. We got to Orange Beach early in an effort to get ahead of the storm. It would be nice to get notification when the unit is clean and available. During normal circumstances, I understand the 430p check-in and would just plan for that. The only other issue was the delay with the elevators. It appeared from comments from others staying at the property that it was not uncommon for one or two of the elevators to be down at any given time. All in all, we would definitely stay here again! Great loacation and easy beach access. The condo had everything you might need for an amazing family vacation.
