Just what we needed

We stayed for a spring break trip for four nights. Plenty of space and all we needed in the condo. The view was amazing! Location perfect! All the comforts of home. This was our first trip to the area—we would love to go back and would definitely stay here again if it’s available next year.

Wonderful fall break

We took an our family trip to Orange Beach during fall break this year. The condo was wonderful. Everything was clean and worked great. We had a great time. We will most likely make this a yearly trip and book this same unit.

Very Nice Condo

We stayed there for 12 days. We were joined the first 6 days by some of our grandkids. The wife and I spent the last 6 days by ourselves. The condo is very clean and well kept. It also is well supplied with items needed for cooking meals. Light bulbs and batteries were also there in case they were needed. The owners were great to work with and always responded quickly. Penny even text me before we arrived that there was a problem with the shower door in the second bathroom and it would be fixed the next day and it was. The condo building is in good shape and there are cleaning people working in it everyday. The location is great, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and ice cream shops. We would rent this condo again as it and the building are well maintained. Easy access to the beach. Not to mention the owners are great to work with.

Great location to beach and restaurants

Condo was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. We had a small issue the first night but the host responded quickly. Because of “handy man” schedule the problem was not resolved but it did not interfere with our stay. Host was very apologetic.

First family trip

We had a great time at our stay. We did have a hiccup when we arrived with the AC unit not working. However, we were able to get the situation worked out quickly and the owner was very responsive and helped from the get go. Great spot for a little family vacation with having several pools for the little one and a splash pad. We were within 10 minutes of all the popular go to restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Owners took good care of us with the initial hiccup. Would 100% comeback and stay

September Trip

The room was great looks just like the pictures. We had a change in guest number last minute the host was very accommodating. Penny was very helpful in making sure we had everything completed for our stay and quick to answer any questions that we had. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo we hope to be back soon.

Me and my family had an amazing time here! Everything was as advertised, the view was awesome, and there were so many added amenities (pools, game rooms, tennis courts, etc) that just made it that much more enjoyable! And penny the host was super responsive every single time there was a question which always makes everything so much better! We will be back for sure!

Condo was just as advertised. Good, clean, etc. Good location as well. Only issue was the sofa bed was broken. However, there was a fancy air mattress we could use.

We had a great view 9th floor the full moon over the water site from the balcony was beautiful short walk to the beach we have every thing we needed in the condo for comfort and cooking we enjoyed ourselves and will return in the future

Beach Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Close to all the food and fun. Walk out and the beach is your Oasis! The view from the balcony is tops. It was cozy and comfortable for all. We will be back.

Great vacation

The Pheonix was amazing. Everyone we encountered was so kind and very accomodating, even security. Security patrolled all day, checking vehicles and vacationers. Having access to 4 buildings accomadations was a huge plus! The condo itself was beautiful!! Very clean, stocked well and comfortable!

Why they chose this property

Being up on the 9th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

What makes this property unique

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen and 1 Full beds + 1 queen sofa bed in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably. Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
