Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is an off-road parking and a patio area with table, chairs and hot tub. Park Brook Dell is a wonderful bolthole for two. Note: Property beside a stream and accessed via wooden bridge. Note: Some distant road noise can be heard outside. Note: Owners home is 500 yards up the track. Note: Additional fuel charged at £10 a bag
