Lovely spacious 6 berth Chalet

Beautifully proportioned 6 berth chalet.
Open plan kitchen lounge with seating for 6 people.
Double master bedroom and second bedroom with a triple sleeper bunk (single top bunk, small double lower bunk).
6th bed is a Single z bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.
Travel cot available on request.
Bedding included. For hygiene reasons we request that you bring your own towels.
Electric and Wifi included in the price.

MABLETHORP Chalet

The property is ideal for access to.Mablethorpe and Skegness. The property is very clean and well fiiyed out. Tehe only things at fault was that the toilet wouldnt close therefore making difficult for privacy and the bed were a bit uncomfortable.Othrwise a well kept property

Lovely week in Mablethorpe

Happy with the accommodation. Quiet area of site. Communication with owner excellent. A well equipped chalet, clean, comfortable beds, good sized TV. The one thing that was a problem was the ill-fitting bathroom door and given that the door has been removed from between the living area & bedrooms/bathroom, privacy was a problem. Other than that, we had a lovely week.

Weekend break.

Lovely ultra quiet, clean, friendly site. Chalet with good amenities full size fridge/freezer, good size tv, very quick easy heating system. Everything close by for entertainment. Seal sanctuary a must visit even within kids. Five minutes away Would rent again.

Our stay in mablethorp

Hi mablethorpe was lovely and it was a lovely weekend getaway, there were a few issues with property as we entered there was a strong smell of animal urine which i believe was coming from the rug in front room, i hoovered all through and mopped several times i rolled the rugs up and put them under one of the beds for duration of our stay, which is where i left them on leaving (as did not want to touch them again) as we entered bedroom a panel from the ceiling fell of (luckily not on us) and as we opened cupboard door under sink it fell of its hinges, apart from that everything else was fine thank you, i think the property would benefit from a bit of renovation, but we had a good stay.

Not happy overall/ not worth the money

When we arrived we found ourselves doing the basic cleaning, it looks to me as If nobody cleans the place, the amount of dust and cobwebs in places that shouldn’t have cobwebs is disgusting, around the bed boards, toilet, in every corner, the side of the fridge and the fire extinguisher was covered in them and the kitchen blinds was so dusty like they don’t ever get moved. The shower basin was basically falling to pieces, a lot of orange build up and also hair still in there from previous people. The toilet brush is broken and hasn’t been changed in I don’t know how long, dirty from previous people using it. In every corner of the carpet and door frames looks like dog hair is still there it’s just not been hoovered properly and when we used the hoover to do this, we had to leave the windows open all day to get rid of the hoover smell. Dust build up at the bottom of the curtains (floor level curtains) very bad build up of dust and hair where the bed slats are under the mattress (I wasn’t looking for this I was simply putting my own bed sheet on the bed and noticed it) there was a note on the fridge saying there is milk in the fridge etc but there wasn’t (not that big of a deal but take the note off the fridge) 2 and half rolls of toilet roll for 7 nights with 2 adults and 2 children which is not enough! The sofa isn’t clean and is being supported by pillows under the seating pillows. We covered the sofa with the bedding they provided and used our own bedding. I’n need of TLC!

We are a small family run business and have 3 chalets available for rent. 2 are 4 berth.
We have lived on the park for 3 years and have slowly built up our business.
There has been a lot of time and effort gone into lovingly restoring the chalets which includes the installation of insulation and double glazing.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautifully restored and updated chalet with plenty of room.
There is a freeview TV and few games for the kids on those rainy days.
