Comfortable and functional apartment in Plaza España

Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located just a few blocks from Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the Port of Barcelona. The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia are very close to the apartment. The Las Arenas shopping centre, with over 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options, is just a few metres away from the apartment.

The apartment has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi.

The building has been completely renovated with a modern style, while still maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings.

The living room has a sofa bed for an additional guest, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a small balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

Our Reception is located at Passatge Sert 1, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.

Please note that if you arrive after 9pm and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
