Comfortable penthouse in Plaza España

Apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom located just a few blocks from Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the Port of Barcelona. Very close to the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment, where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.

It has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi.

The building has been completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings.

The living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to the terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and outdoor chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds and the second bedroom has a single bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Towels and bed linen are provided for the stay.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is on Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.
Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
