With its unusual charm, Dar El Djézaïr will surprise you with its atypical Moorish style in Quiberon.
8 people can stay in the rental thanks to its 95 m². 2 small gardens perfectly kept at the front and at the rear of the house offer you 120 m² of very comfortable outdoor spaces. The necessary for a good stay is present with the very well equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms each have 2 places (a double bed or 2 single beds), the 4th bedroom is a little more modest in terms of size, it is equipped with a trundle bed that can accommodate 2 adults but is ideal for 1. A bathroom and a shower room, each equipped with a toilet, adjoin the 2 bedrooms (master bedroom). The other 2 bedrooms have sinks. Pets are welcome.

Charmantes Haus mit Patina in toller Lage
Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Dar El Djezair, zum Teil mit Freunden, bis zu fünf Erwachsene (für 8 Personen wäre es uns zu klein). Das Beste am Haus ist seine Lage nur ca. 3 Minuten von Strand, Hafen, Bars & Restaurants, Ortszentrum (Markt), Geschäften ... einfach allem entfernt. Trotzdem ruhig mit kleinem aber schönem Garten hinten. Parken auf dem Grundstück war grenzwertig, da sehr eng! Musste aber sein, da öffentliches Parken zeitlich sehr eingeschränkt ist (z.T. nur 90 Minuten). Das Haus hat alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht; die Eigentümer schränken die Nutzung in kleinster Weise ein (z.B. Fahrräder in der Garage). Wer allerdings perfekten modernen Komfort sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz! 2 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein en-suite Bad; für das kleine andere Zimmer und das Gartenzimmer gibt es ein WC draußen direkt vor der Küchentür – witzig aber funktional. Ein wenig gestört hat nur, dass Dar el Djezair etwas zu viel "Patina" hat. Bäder und Küche könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen, ein neues Sofa würde den Wohnkomfort erheblich erhöhen, und eine komplette Grundreinigung täte der maurischen Villa gut. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und waren viel draußen, so dass uns dies alles nicht wirklich etwas ausgemacht hat. Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ... aber das macht manchmal ja gerade den Charme aus! Herzlichen Dank an Florence für die vielen hilfreichen Tipps und die Unterstützung vor unserer Anreise!!

Begrüssung wurde versüsst mit einem leckeren Gastgeschenk zum Willkommen. Herzlichen Dank dafür, liebe Florence. Wir haben es genossen in Ihrem Haus wunderbare Ferien zu genießen. Ein kleines technisches Problem in der Küche wurde direkt am nächsten Morgen behoben. Wunderschöner Strand. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Rad fahren. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Nous avons passé trois jours dans cette belle villa mauresque. A 3 mn de la plage de Quiberon. On fait tout à pieds, c'est très agréable. De plus l'hôte est vraiment très gentille. Très bon accueil. Je recommande cette maison. Nous garderons de beaux souvenirs de ce séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants. 😊

lovely property with everything we needed in a quiet street yet within 200m of shops, bars, beach, restaurants etc. Great sheltered but sunny garden for quiet contemplation, eating meals, sunbathing and the occasional 'sundowner'. very minor issue - we carted our bedding etc from UK after being told by VRBO 'assistant' that this wasn't provided (no mention in property description) - there was plenty of everything!

Shabby Chic Getaway in Fabulous Location
Our large family had a brilliant time in this house. Although perhaps a little run down this is a great, affordable place in a wonderful location. House had all the basic amenities we required with enough space to manage 8 people (2 adults, 4 teenagers 14-19, 2 smaller children 11 & 8). 5 minute walk to the beach and the town has wide range of shops/bars/restaurants. Not sure if due to time of year but there were lots of events taking place too - concerts, night markets etc. I'd made various plans for places to visit and things to do but actually we spent the whole week exploring roughly 2km2 -- apart from an initial supermarket trip I didn't drive at all - was bliss tbh:) Communication with the owners was excellent (prompt & helpful) and special thanks to property manager Veronique who dealt with an initial issue quickly, easily and effectively. We were pleasantly surprised by the rear outside area which is bigger than the photos suggest and where we ate all our meals - the front has a nice little shaded area where I often sat and read. Overall would highly recommend Notre grande famille a passé un excellent moment dans cette maison. Bien que peut-être un peu délabré, c’est un endroit génial et abordable dans un endroit merveilleux. La maison avait toutes les commodités de base dont nous avions besoin avec suffisamment d’espace pour gérer 8 personnes (2 adultes, 4 adolescents 14-19, 2 enfants plus petits 11 et 8). 5 minutes à pied de la plage et la ville a un large éventail de magasins / bars / restaurants. Je ne sais pas si c’est dû à la période de l’année, mais il y avait aussi beaucoup d’événements - concerts, marchés nocturnes, etc. J’avais fait divers plans pour les endroits à visiter et les choses à faire, mais en fait, nous avons passé toute la semaine à explorer environ 2 km2 - à part un premier voyage au supermarché que je n’ai pas conduit du tout - c’était un bonheur tbh :) La communication avec les propriétaires était excellente (rapide et serviable) et un merci spécial à la gestionnaire immobilière Véronique qui a traité un problème initial rapidement, facilement et efficacement. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’arrière extérieur qui est plus grand que les photos ne le suggèrent et où nous avons mangé tous nos repas - l’avant a une belle petite zone ombragée où je me suis souvent assis et lu. Dans l’ensemble, je le recommande vivement

Heerlijke woning op ideale plek
Fijne ontvangst met leuke verrassing. Al het nodige was in de woning aanwezig. Comfortabel huis. De locatie is een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving lopend of per fiets te verkennen. We hebben erg genoten!

Ein sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Haus. Trotz ungewöhnlicher Hitze sehr angenehmes Klima. Eine sehr freundliche und verbindliche Dame. Dennnoch, müsste vielleicht mal eine Grundreinigung erfolgen. Das ist nicht böse gemeint. Wir können das Haus empfehlen. Allein die Sicherheit ist ein großes Plus.

Maison en plein centre de Quiberon, à 2 pas de la plage
Maison idéalement placée dans Quiberon: accès à pied aux commerces, aux restaurants, à la fameuse boulangerie Riguidel et la grande plage. Petit garage très appréciable + possibilité de garer un second véhicule devant la maison. 2 chambres spacieuses équipées chacune d’une salle de bain. Les 2 autres sont très petites (peuvent convenir à des enfants). Terrasse à l’arrière de la maison, nous y avons déjeuné et dîné régulièrement. Un séjour très agréable. Proprietaire attentionnée.

Très agréable maison au cachet très spécial et idéalement située
La maison et son équipement sont conformes à la description. Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée. La maison est située à proximité des commerces et des plages. Nombreuses promenades dans les environs. A 300 m du départ des bateaux pour Belle-Ile en Mer. Le jardin à l'arrière est bien agréable et sécurisé - donc idéal pour les familles avec enfants ou avec un chien comme dans notre cas. Parking aisé à l'avant pour une voiture. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.
