Our Las Brisas three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 2 covered and reserved parking spaces.

It is a short hike to St. John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals, and an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

Las Brisas is a modern, five-story, 40-unit condominium with under-building private parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut lounge areas with outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach. For larger family gatherings, we have access to several units in this building.

A Piece of Paradise

I cannot praise this location enough. In fact, the condo was more than our family (3 Adults and 4 teenagers) could have expected. The breathtaking view of the gulf provided the peace and relaxation we needed. The owners were extremely polite, attentive, and responsive. We found our forever vacation rental.

Great family vacation spot

The condo was fantastic! Beautiful views, being right in the beach was great. John’s pass boardwalk was close that had tons to do to get a little break from the water,sand and sun a bit. 8 of us stayed at the condo 4 adults and 4 kids. We all agree we look forward to visiting and staying here again!

Paradise Found

Beautiful unit with outstanding gulf views. Location was accessible and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

Great Spring Break in Madeira!

We had a great trip to this property for Spring Break. The condo itself is great, very spacious and easily held our group of 5. The views from the balcony are unbeatable! You are right on the beach! The location is good - right in the mix of Madeira Beach - walkable restaurants. There is significant hurricane damage to both the area and the property. The pool was out of service and I was disappointed that wasn't listed on the property information when we booked. It looks VERY close to being open, so hopefully not a problem much longer. Other parts of the complex are also a bit run down (paver patios out front, landscaping, etc) or just still recovering from the hurricane (hard to tell which), but overall great beach, views and condo!

Family Beach Week

We chose this property due to proximity of the beach and to Johns Pass for shopping and restaurants. The property has been beautifully renovated. It was very clean and welcoming. We will be booking another stay in the very near future.

Great place, excellent for families.

Condo was clean. Fully stocked with enough towels, linen etc for everyone. Room is located near the elevator so that was good for Nana. Beds are very comfy and the pool was clean. Will be staying here again.

Wonderful unit - Lovely Vacation - a couple hiccups

2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 1 toddler stayed for 5 nights at Las Brisas 302. The unit is absolutely fabulous, completely updated, well equipped, and right on the beach. Beach service with umbrellas and cushioned loungers is available for rent right outside the building. Very walkable to coffee, a few restaurants (Dockside Dave's is amazing), beach bar. Johns Pass is a short ride (or walk if you're ambitious) away, with shopping and more bars/restaurants. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Now the hiccups, both of which were completely out of the host's control: First, the microwave had apparently blown a circuit right before we arrived, and they were unable to replace it during our stay, so that was mildly inconvenient, but certainly not a big deal. Second, the elevator in the building wasn't working for the majority of our stay. Thankfully it was working on our arrival day, so we got all of our luggage and gear up to the third floor without incident. They thought they had it fixed at one point, and our family used it - only to be stuck in the elevator for several minutes until we were able to force the door open. Scary. After that, it wasn't operable the rest of our visit. Again - completely out of the host's control. The host was very apologetic, and even let us stay in the unit for a few hours past normal check-out time for our inconvenience. Overall, I would highly recommend! Great time, great unit, very responsive host!

Beachside bliss

We stayed 4 nights at Las Brisas and the condo was simply fantastic. It was updated and very clean. The check in instructions provided by the owners were very clear. They also provided helpful information about the condo, the complex/beach/pool areas, and the neighborhood. They were also very quick to respond to a couple questions that I had after arriving. There was ample space for lounging, dining, and sleeping for our family of 6. The view of the beach from the balcony was magnificent and just what I was hoping for when booking the condo. There were fun places to visit in the immediate vicinity that were within walking distance, and the John’s Pass boardwalk area is a short drive away with many additional shops and restaurants. Multiple grocery stores were also very close by. We primarily relaxed on the beach most of each day, which never seemed overly crowded, even over Memorial Day weekend. There were beach towels provided and also a deck box of beach toys on the balcony provided by the owners, which our kids happily utilized. The checkout process was easy. We absolutely loved our stay at Las Brisas and the Madeira Beach area!

302 Las Brisas Condo

The condo was beautifully situated on the beach, with two parking spots conveniently located beneath the deck. It was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Nearby restaurants and shopping made the trip perfect. The condo was stocked with hand soap, dish soap, and a starter supply of toilet paper. Bath towels and beach towels were also provided. Additionally, the unit featured a large washer and dryer. I especially loved that you could set up your own tent right in front of the condo. This is one condo we would rent again if we come back for vacation again.

Everything was great minus some unnecessary maintenance they scheduled during our stay. However, the owner did make it right with us for the inconvenience of having a window replaced at 9 am.

Great bachelorette stay

We came out to Florida for a bachelorette weekend and it was great! Short Uber to st Pete area bars but honestly there was plenty within walking distance to go to as well as restaurants. Our part of the beach was mostly quiet which was nice but a short walk to some beachside bars with music! Great stay.

The condo was spot on from the description, pictures, cleanliness, decor, communications, and location. We loved how clean and fresh the condo is when we entered the door. The views from the third floor are outstanding and goes unnoticed the condo keeps updated. We had no issues from day one when booking. Amazing stay at the besch

Perfect stay. Was a great location - walking distance to beach town area and shopping/restaurants. Many options simply across the street. Clean beach and clean water. Thxmas Reunion 2023

The condo is spacious and clean. The furnishings are perfect for the size. The dining table seats 8. There are plenty of chairs on the balcony for everyone to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, bowls, etc. There was a wine fridge too. We were six at the condo and 3 others visiting and staying close by and there was plenty of seating for our mini celebration. It is a perfect home base for city field trips. The two parking spots are handy and necessary. The unit is close to the elevator, which is nice. Two thumbs up!

We are a family from Dayton, Ohio that absolutely love Madeira Beach, so we recently purchased this condo for our family to vacation. Since we obviously can't use it every week, we are hoping that other families are able to use it and enjoy it as much as we do!

We chose Madeira Beach because of the beautiful white sand beaches and the close proximity of John's Pass where you can enjoy anything from walking the boardwalk and shopping to enjoying a nice meal to taking advantage of the many water sports and activities that John's Pass offers

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy outstanding views from the living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom and of course on the balcony that spans the width of the unit. While your staying be sure to stop by John's Pass, eat at some of the best seafood restaurants and take some time to enjoy some of the amusement parks that are within 1-2 hours away.
