About this property

"Endless View" 1Bedroom 2 bath “ Amazing Views Indoor Hot Tub !!!!

The view of the Smoky Mountains really does seem endless when you gaze out from the porch of Endless View. The stunning vistas, however, aren't the only reason to stay in this 1 bedroom cabin able to sleep up to 4 people, Endless View is packed with amenities, including air hockey ,a pool table and a hot tub. What's more, despite its private, peaceful location, it's just a short drive to attractions of downtown Gatlinburg.

The porch swing on the cabins covered deck is a perfect perch for savoring the sight of falcons soaring over the woodlands and mountains. Even when you are inside Endless View , however you can still marvel at the scenery. The hot tub, for instance, is indoors but looks towards the mountains courtesy of large picture windows. Whether you're relaxing among the steamy jets of water or snacking at the patio-style table beside the hot tub, you'll feel as if you're lazing outdoors-without having to worry about the weather forecast.

The living and dining areas also benefit from generous windows that let in the sunshine and scenery. The leather sofas in the living area are made for relaxing with a book or to watch TV. In winter you'll love gathering around the gas fireplace, hot cocoa or coffee in hand. And if you still have energy to burn after a day of hiking ,skiing, or exploring Dollywood, have a go at the air hockey table just off the living area or the pool table in the loft.

The dining table seats 4, in chairs so comfortable that after you've cleared the dishes, you might want to settle in for a game of Monopoly or Uno. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with all the appliances, gadgets, cookware, and tableware you could possibly need, even if you're hosting a holiday feast.

The spacious bedroom is a cocoon of comfort, with planked walls and floors and beaming ceiling. Prop yourself up against the pillows of the king-size bed and watch TV, read, surf the web via the free WIFI. In addition to plenty of storage, the bedroom includes a private bathroom.

A 2nd bathroom is in the loft, and it might become your favorite room: It features a private jetted tub with a view of the mountains. Think of it as a haven within the haven that is Endless View

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite channels, and CD and DVD players. Perhaps the best amenity of all though, is the proximity to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Bent Creek Golf Course , designed by Masters and British Open champion Gary Player, is only a 5 Minute drive away. Also close by is the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Loop, an 8 mile trail of more than 100 shops, galleries, and studios. From Endless View you can drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in 15 minutes; see for yourself why it's the most popular national park in the country. And in 20 minutes you can be in downtown Gatlinburg, home to thrill rides, arcades, an aquarium, the Guinness World Records Adventure, and a tram that carries you over the town to Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area.

It can be difficult to find a home away from home that offers privacy, serenity, and easy access to local attractions, but Endless View does just that. So make your reservation someone else beats you to it!!!!!!

Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay! The view was worth every penny and every knuckle ride up the driveway! Enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Comfortable bed. Took advantage of washer and dryer after a muddy day of hiking, horse back riding and utv excursions. Would have liked better directions to the home. We arrived in the dark and had a hard time finding the house (I would not recommend arriving in the dark). Woke up to an amazing view. Did not want to leave, would stay again.

Wonderful home

The amenities and view were outstanding. This was my first time using one of these sites and the property manager was accommodating. The place was clean and not too far off from town. There is a view of the mountains, no matter where you are in the house, except the bedroom. Definitely stop off at the small convenience store right before you get to the property. They have delicious homemade products.

Terrible!

I never got checkin information and had to call the manager to get in. I had to call twice since the voicemail was full. The place was FULL of ladybugs and stink bugs. I took pictures of them dead on the floor and crawling all over the windows. One of the fire alarms was dying and beeping.Since I didn’t have checkin information I also didn’t have the WiFi information either. Tried contacting the manager again but didn’t get a response for over 12 hours. By then I had given up and left. I paid for a 4 night stay and lasted only one. I am out all that money!! I took pictures of the place as I left to prove the way I left since AGAIN no check out information.

Beautiful Cabin

We had an amazing stay. It was such a beautiful location and cabin. We had a little issue with a ton of ladybugs but overall as very pleased. The host took some time to message back but we understand life is busy. We would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed it.

The location was great! There are great features at the residence. Some things may bother people, for example, there were some light bulbs that needed to be changed, some tech updating, and the main viewing windows could us some cleaning, but the overall experience was good. I would recommend this home to others, but if you are one to nitpick, you will find your flaws.

Birthday weekend

What a beautiful cabin up in the mountain! The view was indeed excellent. The cabin was super charming and perfect for just the two of us. The road to get there was windy and steep at points, but I expected that since I wanted something a little more secluded and higher up on the mountain. That said, the drive there was entirely manageable. The cabin was clean, we had plenty of towels and washcloths, and the bed was comfortable. The fireplace wasn't working, but it wasn't a huge deal since everything else was working fine. Loved the pool table and the arcade machine. We will definitely be coming back.

Happy place

This cabin has everything best feature is the hot tub in the covered porch!! You can enjoy the hot tub no matter what the weather is. That being said the hot tub could use some updating. We love coming here have already booked our stay for next year! It could use a little updating and maybe some new furniture in the living room. Only down side was the fireplace was not working.

Amazing View

We received directions for check-in well in advance. 'Although the road to the cabin was narrow, steep and very curvy, we had no problems getting there in a small car. It was very well marked (thankfully) and we had no problems finding the cabin in the dark. We arrived to neighbours down the hill whooping and hollering and playing loud music. The second night was loud kids. It wasn't what we expected but didn't hear it in the house and they didn't stay up late. They definitely weren't up for sunrise. The air freshners were overwhelming. There were 3 in a tiny space. I immediatly wondered what they were trying to cover up.The hot tub is in an enclosed porch attached to the house. It seems there may be a moisture problem from it. The sheets had mildew stains. There were only four towels between the two bathrooms and none near the hot tub. My biggest complaint was the amount of dust. The light fixtures had obvious dust build up. I dropped an item and it went under the bed and the dust under the bed was thick. Dust under the couch and other furniture. It would take just a few minutes to dry mop and resolve that issue. The best things were the hot tub. Although the jets were weak, the location is amazing. Super private with a view of the mountains. The view from the front porch is superb! We could watch both the sunrise and the sunset. It was supper peaceful in the early mornings. The cabin was just a short drive to everything you need.

Beautiful getaway with tons to do

The views from the porch, hot tub, and whirpool tub are amazing! There is everything you'd need at the cabin and its a short distance away from many attractions, nature, food, etc. My husband and I were thrilled with our stay for our anniversary trip.

Nice weekend stay

This cabin was a great location for hiking the Smokies! As other reviewers mentioned it could use some updates, but overall was very nice, very clean, and had what we needed. We are pretty simple and need a nice clean bed, nice shower, and kitchen when we travel for hiking. This had all of that! I liked the bear decorations, they are cute :) The view off the deck is beautiful and was probably the best part!! Would definitely stay here again when we come back for hiking.

Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The view off the porch was absolutely gorgeous. The inside was very “mountain-y” and fit the vibe we were wanting. The drive up is very tight and steep, I am glad we had a truck because otherwise it would have been hard to get up the road that leads to the cabin. However, the truck also made it harder to park and get out but that was not a bog deal - it is in the mountains after all. I do have some minor complaints. The hot tub was not as clean as I had hoped so we used it once for maybe 5 minutes and got out. There was only 4 towels left for our 4 night stay with two people. We used two for the hot tub and two for showering the rest of the stay which was unfortunate. (I did not want to do laundry on our honey moon, lol) The whole cabin was clean enough but not as clean as I had hoped, everything was kinda worn and in need of an upgrade, especially the couches. I am also a bit of a germaphobe so I know this played a part in my opinion. I did not communicate any of these concerns to the host because they were things we could deal with. Although the cabin’s location allowed for an amazing view, its strange for it to have a Sevierville address. It was closer to Gatlinburg which we enjoyed. It was about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg and 35-40 to Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Our stay was good overall and we thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon here!

great house at the end of the road from hell

Once you made it beyond the blind uphill curves on the one lane road lined with steep drops just 2 feet from the pavement, you get to a very nice house. The home is the very definition of a man-cave - deep leather seats, bar height kitchen table, bear decorations wherever the eye turns, manly games such a pool, air hockey and an arcade style video game console. Wood from floor to ceiling. The kitchen had all you needed with the exception of an ice-maker (the one in the game room is not connected to water). Very quiet location as there is only one house up hill from this one. It would have been nice to have remote controls for the ceiling fans as that is the main lighting for the great room. If you wanted light you had to have fan. If you are short (like my wife and I) this home is not that comfortable. Very comfortable bed. HVAC worked great. We limited our outings to daylight not wanting to risk accessing the home in the dark. There were lights at each place one needed to make a turn which helped a great deal the one night we got home late due to the traffic in Pigeon Forge (who knew a very large car show would tie up Rt 441 so much). Note to self - do more research about the place you are visiting and don't just look for things that interest you.

Could be great with upgrades and maintenance

Pros: Secluded Cabin. Mountain Views. Cons: Driveway getting in is very steep cliff sides and switchbacks. (But this is very common for Tennessee so we expected it.) When you walk in the cabin it smells musty and like mildew. The only vrbo weve stayed in that didnt have a welcome note or book with important info. Dryer is broken and there were only 4 towels for a 4 day stay with a hot tub. Hot tub can only be used for 30 minutes at most because the indoor room gets so steamy and chlorine smelled its hard to breathe. Even with exhaust fan on and box fan. Bed is very uncomfortable and pillows are thin and hard. All the kitchen drawers are hard to open and all cabinets were very dirty. Half the lights inside are blown out. We had a 7 hour power outage (not the host's fault, but when i reached out to ask if there were batteries, flashlights or candles she didnt respond.) We needed a bandaid but the first aid kit only had gauze and an ice pack. The jets in tub in the bathroom are rusted so it makes the water brown. All the remotes had dying batteries. Tv in bedroom lost its color so it is black and white. Cabin itself is beautiful, just needs maintained better and a host that puts a little more effort. We've stayed in over 20 cabins as avid travelers and this was our least favorite.
