Bluebell Wood is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Brandesburton. This all-ground-floor property comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double with TV and a twin, together sleeping four people and served by their own en-suite showers. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a decking area with covered hot tub, lawn with table and chairs and a barbecue. Bluebell Wood is a wonderful retreat.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent - please bring your own towels for the hot tub. Off-road parking. Decking area with covered hot tub, lawn with table & chairs, large shed with secure storage and BBQ. Two pets welcome, the garden is totally secure and very dog friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Note: The property can be accessed by a ramp and wheelchair-friendly patio doors, may be suitable for wheelchairs and for those with limited mobility. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Please Note: the minimum stay in this property is 3 nights. Please note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £150.
