The villa offers space for 4 people and is distributed in 2 doble bedrooms, 1 bath room and 1 toilet, a living dining room with air conditioning and wood burner and a well appointed independent kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge and freezer.
Outside the living area there is a huge terrace with access to the pool area by stairs, invites for sunbathing, preparing a BBQ, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the orange groves to the sea. The villa and terraces are completely furnished and equipped; Spanish TV, Wifi Internet, washing machine, fans, barbecue and, for the winter,radiating floor. There are private parking at the entrance to the plot.
Calm situation at 8 km from the large sandy beaches. Monte Pego offers it's own small infrastructure with restaurants and tennis courts. The ancient town of Pego, with several supermarkets and a charming farmer´s market, is at 8 km, too. Also the village of Els Poblets offers a supermarket and different shops and can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The big shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" is 10 km away, 10 minutes. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12 and 18 km from the villa. Monte Pego is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 15 minutes.
