Getting around:
The apartment is conveniently placed 5 minutes walk between three metro stations, giving you easy access to the L1, L2, and L3 metro lines. You will also be within walking distance of the neighborhoods of Eixample, Poble Sec, and Barcelona's Old Town.

If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the A1 to Gran Via-Comte Borrel, then you are 8 min walking.

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Appartement au 1er étage donnant sur une rue très bruyante et deux cours dont une aveugle Problement un appartement acheté par un investisseur pour le transmormer en rente avec le minimum de travaux de remise en état, soit un simple coup de peinture blanche déjà sale et trois meubles et éléments de déco basiques Tout est a reprendre, de gros travais s'imposent Emplacement proches des métros et arrets de bus
