The charm of Provence with this typical stone house and exposed beams in a Provencal village (listed building) for calm amid the vines. Accommodation for 2 to 6 people.
Attention 2 rooms available from December to May. The jacuzzi is available from April.

The center of a triangle Avignon - Nîmes - Uzès, the location of the village of Brignon you will discover the Camargue, Cévennes, Alpilles and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is very nice and very openwork. It enjoys all comforts including air conditioning. It consists of 3 bedrooms (double bed), a large open living room on the fitted kitchen, separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. It has two sun terraces, one with a relaxation area and barbecue. So you can enjoy the roof terrace for afternoon sun, appetizers or evenings under the stars. A lounge area with Jacuzzi installed in the courtyard you can enjoy a privileged moment.

Nice House But Be Cautious

This is a large house offered at a good value, but it is not in Uzes. It is in Brignon, which is 25 minutes away from Uzes, according to Google Maps. A previous reviewer had mentioned this discrepancy, but we were under the impression that the locations were not so far apart. We had a lovely stay and had every intention of leaving a good review, however the issues started after we left. The owner claimed we caused a crack in what she called a "bench" through "misuse." We honestly had no idea what she was talking about until she sent a photo of the piece of furniture. We sat on it a handful of times, but never jumped on it or used it in an inappropriate way and never noticed any damage to it at any point during our stay. She got back to us shortly thereafter and said that we had to pay over 500 Euro for a small wooden chaise. The small crack in the picture she sent could have happened at any time and would have happened through normal wear and tear over time. The chaise was not a new item, nor was it in pristine condition. Also, a quick Google search found similar pieces online for much less money (from $100-$200). We are disappointed and frustrated by the ending to our stay. We gave her the benefit of the doubt about her providing such an inaccurate location for the rental, but that combined with the unexpected charges that we apparently have no way of contesting makes us question her honesty. It's a nice house, but be careful. You might end up paying more than expected.

Bel endroit confortable

Très belle maison, grande et très bien décorée avec goût et soin. La propriétaire, très disponible et sympathique se met en quatre pour bien accueillir ses hôtes. La maison est très confortable avec toutes les commodités modernes : climatisation, cuisine équipée, internet, TV avec chaîne internationales. ATTENTION toutefois contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce, cette maison ne se situe pas du tout à Uzes, à 3 minutes de la place aux Herbes, mais à Brignon à 35 minutes en voitures.Donc nous avons eu une arrivée un peu mouvementée sur Uzes ! Merci donc pour les futurs visiteurs de bien vouloir corriger cette erreur de localisation. Nous avons cependant passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Maison atypique dans village médiéval

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Assia dans sa maison de village. Maison très bien équipée. Assia met à disposition tout le nécessaire et même de l'alimentaire si besoin. Seul bémol, beaucoup d'escaliers (pour accéder aux pièces de vie puis pour accéder à la partie nuit et toilette). Assia a été de bons conseils pour les visites et restaurants. Jaccuzi avec vue sur les toits agréable

Découverte du Gard

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la jolie maison d'Assia, au calme, cette terrasse avec vue sur les toits de ce petit village du Gard, un bonheur ! Bien situé, permet de découvrir le Gard bien conseillé par notre hôte.

Parfait!

Logement parfait, magnifique et très fonctionnel. On croirait être comme à la maison. Très jolie décoration. La terasse sur les toits est très agréable. Bien situé pour les visites. La propriétaire Assia est très gentille et répond rapidement à vos besoins. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Perfekte Tage

Liebe Assisa, vielen Dank, dass wir zwei so schöne Wochen in deinem Haus verbringen durften. Du hast uns sehr herzlich empfangen und tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir haben uns bei dir und in Brignon sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche und das Haus haben eine tolle und liebevolle Ausstattung. Wir konnten Anfang Oktober am Abend noch die letzten Sonnenstunden auf der wunderbaren Dachterrasse genießen. Auch die Menschen im Ort sind super freundlich!!! Trotz unserer geringen Französischkenntnisse haben wir im netten kleinen Dorfcafé herzliche Kontakte zu einigen Dorfbewohner*innen gehabt. Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön!!! Schönes Haus in Brignon

Das Haus ist sehr schön und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es war alles da was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin hatte sogar Kaffee, Tee und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine da. Das Dorf ist sehr klein und deshalb kann man abends überhaupt nichts machen ohne erst 24 min Auto zu fahren. Wir dachten das Haus seinen Uzes. War für uns mit Baby und mit beinahe täglichen Ausflügen aber ok. Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit der Richtung zum Haus und viele. Tips für die Gegend weitergeholfen.

nous avons passé une semaine chez Assia, qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de nombreuses indications pour les différents lieux à visiter. Le village est calme et reposant , très appréciable au mois d'août, on se sent bien dans cette grande maison aménagée avec soin, et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir "comme à la maison" (machines à laver, cafetière , four, ustensiles de cuisson...)les deux chambres à l'étage sont grandes et bien agencées et la terrasse donnant sur les toits est un havre de paix. nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Jolie maison à Brignon

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison d'Assia qui a été très attentionnée (et notamment quand notre chat nous avait faussé compagnie au moment du départ ;)). La maison est très agréable à vivre. Attention ! Elle est dans un village très calme à 20 minutes d'Uzès et non dans Uzès.

Nice townhouse, but...

Really nice townhouse with roof terrace. Hot tub is small and you have to go around the block to access it. Please note the house is NOT in Uzés though the map shows so - it is in Brignon, a small town with no shops and no restaurants. Not even a bakery

Alles im Haus vorhanden

Sympathische Vermieterin, wenn auch Kontaktaufnahme anfangs holprig, man hat sich aber tadellos um alles gekümmert und uns gut eingewiesen. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei, wenn auch nicht alles in neuster Technik, aber das haben wir auch nicht erwartet.

Wohlgefühl in authentischer Umgebung

Wir konnten zwei Wochen erholsame und entspannende Tage im Haus von Madame Hannoun verbringen in der authentischen Umgebung eines südfranzösischen Dorfs. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und konnte uns viele Tipps zu ausflügen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung geben. Angesichts der sommerlichen Temperaturen waren ihre Informationen zu wenig besuchten Badestellen am Gardon sehr hilfreich, und wir konnten uns an mehreren Badetagen am Fluss erfreuen. Besonders hat es uns auch die Nutzung der schönen Dachterrasse angetan mit dem regen Vogelflug über den benachbarten Dächern. Ein rundum gelungener und ansprechender Aufenthalt!

sehr schön

Brignon liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von Uzès entfernt. Kleiner Ort, etwas für die Ruhe. Abends auf der Dachterrasse war sehr schön. Mme Assia ist eine herzliche Person, wir haben uns gut unterhalten. Ohne die französische Sprache geht das aber nicht. Im Umkreis von weniger als 100 km gibt es alles, was man anschauen möchte, z.B. die Cevennen, das Meer (Sète), Montpellier, Nimes, Avignon, Orange und natürlich das schöne Städtchen Uzès. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agréable semaine

Un accueil chaleureux et de nombreux et bons conseils de la part de la propriétaire.Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse! Très agréable semaine dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée et au coeur du village! Nous avons bien profité de cette belle terrasse sur le toit et du jaccuzzi. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Beautiful, Convenient Location, Excellent Host

Brignon is an incredibly beautiful village, and a great homebase for exploring neighbouring sights and cities, including Nîmes, Uzès, Alès, and the Pont du Gard. Assia was extremely accommodating, providing us with excellent travel information and tips about local restaurants and sights that we would have otherwise missed. The house was large, spacious, and private, very clean and better stocked than most other houses we've rented. The hot tub and sunny terraces were definitely nice perks! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, laid-back place to stay while exploring Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus, Vermieterin ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen gemütlichen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Willkommensgeschenk hatten wir selbstgemachte Marmelade! Ein Highlight ist die fantastische Dachterasse für die es aber im November leider zu kalt war. Wir können dieses Haus durchaus empfehlen!

Very nice en cosy house

Very nice and cosy French house with all the equipment you need. We had a more than friendly receipt my the owner. She gave us tips and advise were to go or what to do on our holliday. The house is very nice decorated and we really felt "home". Only negative thing we found is that there is not much to do and see in the little village. And that there are not much restaurants in the surroundings. For everything you want to do you'll need a car. Nearest resto was on 9 km distance in an also deserted little village. But the house is very nice and clean.
