Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a queen bed and mounted 40 inch flat screen tv. There is a walk-in closet and a completely renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has two xl twin (80 inch) beds with two closets and a desk. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a shower and tub. The downstairs is an open floor plan. The kitchen has a full-size stainless steel fridge with a counter height bar with three bar stools. The living room includes a comfortable couch and chair with a 40 inch flat screen tv and blue-ray dvd player. The complex has a big pool and two Jacuzzi tubs. It's walking distance to Udall park, restaurants, a grocery store, and lots more. It's close to Sabino Canyon, U of A, and a short drive to Mount Lemmon. Pool is closed until April. Great Location!

Very close to Udall park where you can find activities for any age group. Neighbors were quiet but friendly.

Quiet Tucson Retreat

Wonderful place to stay in East Tucson. Close to all amenities but quiet and secure. Recent updates to the kitchen were terrific. Loved our stay, would book again…Three Golfing Ladies

Christmas time in Tucson, Arizona

Very nice condo, clean,quiet,very comfortable beds we liked everything about it and we tried to keep it clean like we found it. Good parking easy in and out and good location.

Great place to stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay as it was very clean and secured. Beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. We felt very safe there. Parking was good also. We definitely would go back to this lovely place if we go back to Tucson!!!

Perfection

The property is clean, quiet, and cozy. It's location is the best in Tucson. Very near stores, restaurants and local attractions. It is very easy to get to the main roads that take you in whatever direction you want to go.

Nice condo

This two bedroom, two bath, condo worked out well for my wife and I. Safe location. Close to shopping and a number of sights you may want to see if you are visiting Tucson. We felt right at home after a day or two. Would recommend this unit.

Cute place - nice location

My husband, adult son, and I really enjoyed our stay. It was stocked with all the dishes and cookwear you need. Having two bathrooms was great. The pool toys and pool towels were great additions.

Hidden rules

Biggest issue was that we understood no smoking inside building. We always like to have a smoke outside on a private patio to make our plans for the day. We were told (the day we arrived that the no smoking was continued even outside and even parking lot. We were stunned. We other than taking her word for it...staying in a non smoking community. She told us if we were to be found smoking or even a hint of it she would fine us an addtl. 200 bucks. We obeyed but I must admit was beeved that outside was off limits. We wouldnt stay there again. Felt there was not full discloser at the time of booking.

Perfect

This property is perfect. It is clean, comfortable and most of all quiet. It is nicely decorated. There is plenty of room. The large walk-in closet upstairs is great for storing luggage. The shelves next to the upstairs sink are perfect for storing all toiletries. You can't beat the location. Udall park is just a block away, Sabino Canyon is very close. Your choice of stores and restaurants are just munutes away. If you are going to stay in Tucson, this is the place to stay without a doubt.

Great condo, great location, great pool. Highly recommend!

Great 5 day stay at Alison's condo. Nice and cool color scheme and a good air conditioner got us through some darn hot days in July. The condo is well supplied, the kitchen is great and we cooked most mornings and nights. The pool is fabulous. I want to know the temperature of that water as it was perfect! We swam twice a day and I lost two pounds! Yay! Great location, easy to get where you want to go in the city. Quiet condo complex in a nice residential area, well maintained, no safety/security concerns. Absolutely recommend this vacation rental. Also recommend Hacienda del Sol for a lovely meal in a gorgeous desert setting.

Very quiet, pleasant and clean

Would definitely stay here again. In addition to a nice condo, the hot tub was great. However, the grill surprised us by not being gas. So after buying self lighting briquets, we found the grill sadly lacking and had to finish cooking in the oven. Alison plans to have one specific for the condo soon though. If you are serious about meal preparation, there are some limitations in tools, but I think Alison will add them as people let her know what is needed. Enjoyed being there and close to Costco, TJs, etc. Plan to visit Sabino Canyon which is close.

Disappointed

We were extremely disappointed in this property. We felt deceived by the pictures on the VRBO listing. The property is tiny and cramped; the size of a small 1 bdrm apartment with a loft. We could not get the furnace to turn on, the ice maker in the frig was broken, and contrary to the owner's representations, the master only has a standard double bed (not a queen). The furniture in the condo is cheap, crappy and uncomfortable; there is not a comfortable place to sit in the whole unit. The saggy sofa should be hauled away. There was no disclosure in any of the pictures of child safety gates that have been installed on the stairwell. The unit was very poorly stocked with basic household supplies like dishwasher pods, garbage bags, food storage bags, napkins, basic spices and condiments. In our opinion, this is not a unit that anyone would want to spend their vacation in.

Not what we expected

I arrived in Tucson and had not received any check in details, I reach out to the host and she messaged back quickly with instructions to check in. Once I arrived at the property, it wasn’t in a safe neighborhood. The only security was a run down gate that could easily be tampered with and broken into. I decided to look at the property anyways. When I went inside, I realized it wasn’t throughly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the mattress had stains, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was an abnormal smell to the property. When I went to look at the loft area, there were soft spots in the carpet, night stands hadn’t been wiped down, and the bathroom was dirty. I reached out to the host with my concerns and told her that I wouldn’t be staying there and requested a refund. She offered me a gift card while someone went over there and cleaned the property. Since I didn’t feel safe/comfortable there I declined and asked for a partial refund due to the understanding that she did book out for 4 days on a holiday weekend and I was looking for some compensation while we trying to keep her business afloat. I was offered a refund of one night and cleaning fee. I didn’t accept and had to scramble to find hotel rooms for my trip. It was not newly renovated and looked quite run down compared to the photos.
