Renovated, Amazing Bayview Sunsets, 5 Bd/4 Bath, Sleeps 14. Multifamily Getaway

Turnkey vacation rental with linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs provided. Steps off the Bay and less than three blocks to the beach and local farmer's market. This beautifully renovated home is truly located in the heart of Brigantine Island, walking distance to all of the town's quant charms. The local restaurants and surf shops are some of the bests on the East Coast. This beach town community boasts a lively atmosphere, with activities and events going on almost daily, from the weekend browsing the local art studios and shops to surfing, bird watching, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

This home is brand new to the market, having just been fully renovated and redone in the Spring of 2017. It truly offers the best of both worlds with all of the modern amenities of a new home but the original charm that is characteristic of this charming historic community. The living areas in the house have expansive views of the Bay and a beautiful open floor plan with hardwood floors and slate throughout every room. The dining room is an idyllic gathering area for the whole family, featuring a large farm style dining room table that seats 16 people.

The downstairs master bedroom has a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and two queen beds. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two king suites, one double queen and kids' room with double bunk beds (one twin and one double). The master en suite bedroom leads out to a large open deck, which overlooks the Bay. This space is perfect for both morning coffee, and evening cocktails.

There is also a lofted upstairs living space with several couches, a TV, a foosball table, games and access to the deck. This house is filled with a mix of private sitting areas and large open gathering spaces, so you can have your privacy when you need it and large open spaces when you want it.
We offer RoKu Streaming Sticks , 4K on all televisions .

Family gatherings are a special event that should be cherished and honored annually, Brigantine beach is truly an ideal place for the whole family. This home has brought us so much joy in the past and it is our hope, especially after the extensive renovations, that this home brings your family as much joy as it has brought ours over the years.

Wonderful Experience

We rented the house as 'home base' for my daughter's wedding in Egg Harbor. The home was more than we could have expected; the pics don't do it justice. Plenty of space, every amenity we could want, comfortable, charming, convenient and excellent communication with the host when a question did pop-up. Highly recommended!

Friends Weekend

The property was fantastic just as described. Booked for a long weekend for golf with friends. Weather was awful due to tropical storm but we had a great time at the beach house and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook and stay in. Location was great wish we could have stayed longer and gotten some sun!

Great girls weekend getaway!

This was the perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The house was amazing and it has great views. The kitchen was very spacious and was a great hangout spot to just talk and have some drinks. It was better then I could have imagined and all the girls agreed!

Beautiful home

Our large family group ranged in age from 15-85. The 5 bedroom luxurious house had a large family room and huge fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom on the first floor was a necessity for older family members. We enjoyed the bay views sitting on two porches. The beds. were comfortable and we appreciated that sheets and towels were provided. We would rent the home again if we ever return to Brigantine.

Bayview home

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. We ate most dinners in so appreciated the large open kitchen with plenty of cooking pots and pans and serving dishes . Had our morning coffee on the front porch and ate dinner on the back patio. Saw the most beautiful sunsets just a few steps from the house. We have stayed in Brigantine several times and everyone agreed this was a house we would like to rent again, Hopefully next year.

Weekend getaway

This house was even more beautiful in real life, and everyone who stayed there was in awe! The check in and out process was so simple, and the hosts allowed us to come in a little earlier, which was incredibly helpful. The open spaces of the kitchen, living room, and dining room allowed us all to feel together and even enjoy the same conversation. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor space was perfect for us. We loved our stay !!

Easy house for multiple families + kids. Very convenient beach amenities. Walkable to beach, but best to use wagon with small kids and drive to drop off stuff. Glad we chose this house!

Nice house, awesome kitchen

Very nice and comfortable house. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and serving dishes. We appreciated having 2 sets of washer/dryers. Beautiful view of the bay, and a short walk to a nice beach. Pretty much exactly as advertised. Only wish all the bathrooms had fans.

Wonderful Property, Limited Wi-fi

Our family of 12 really enjoyed the home which was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, excellent location to the beach and sunset views. However, the mattresses were worn out and could use replacing. Our major complaint was the limited wi-fi and no basic cable. I strongly recommend the owners invest $30 for a few wi-fi boosters placed throughout the house. Our guys couldn’t watch any of the play off games, nor could we watch a movie without losing internet. Made for a very frustrating vacation in an otherwise beautiful home.

Paradise by the bay

Our first trip to Brigintine. This house did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and not missing any details to make you feel right at home. Updated , very clean and fully stocked . Very comfortable beds and baths. Lots of space to spread out . Thanks for a memorable few days with the girls !

Lovely House

My group of friends had a terrific stay at this house. It's well-situated within the town and you can walk to the beach and to a part of town with a great breakfast spot. The place is very comfortable and really spacious. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table eating and playing games. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and sent lots of recommendations about things to do.

Friends and Family Fun

We had a great vacation. This house is awesome for large groups/multi-family get togethers. In no order of importance, things we felt that were worth noting.... furniture comfortable. Plenty of room to sit, relax or take a nap. Beds are comfortable. Bunk bed room is great for kids but a little tight if you wanted to put a family in there to stay the week. The bed space is great but that leaves little space for suitcases/items. We did use the fan upstairs in that room specifically as it can get stuffy. Otherwise, the air on the bedroom side was fine. We like it cool and it was easy to maintain 70 once we were all settled and doors were shut. The kitchen is stocked so well with quality appliances and gadgets that you may never want to cook at home again! The outside deck has enough furniture that everyone can find find a place to sit and enjoy. If the grass is a little high, you will need bug spray but that's everywhere in Brigantine :) The items available in the shed will make your beach days so much easier. Great quality beach chairs, a beach wagon and the outside shower all help to make the day that much more enjoyable. There is a great high chair if you have tiny visitors. Clean, big enough to spread out but plenty of space in the kitchen and living room to be together as well. We would absolutely visit again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
