About this property
GuestReady - Mid-Century Apartment near Cais do Sodré
Welcome!
Just five minutes away from Conde Barão station, you'll be spoiled for choice by the number of bars and eateries located near my home.
Comprised of a large sitting room that overlooks a large sliding door. A fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, and a glass dining table for two. As you step inside the apartment, take note and appreciate the amount of sunlight that fills up space. The modern furniture inspired by mid-century designs that add character; and the warm shades of red and blue that invites to relax and lose yourself to the comfort of my home.
The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed lined with fresh, hotel-quality linens, and it's own private balcony. While the bathroom has a toilet, sink and a large, walk-in waterfall shower with hot water. Complimentary soap, shampoo and clean towels are provided free of charge at your convenience.
Enjoy your stay and time in Lisbon!
Note: Our apartment is located on the hearth of the Lisbon nightlife, we have very good double windows that will isolate the majority of the sound on the street but it's possible to hear some street noise, mainly during the weekend.
Guests will have access to the entire home!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Lining along the Tagus River, Cais do Soderó is filled with a rich history of Lisbon's nautical past. You can start the day by visiting Avenida Ribeira das Naus, where many of the Portuguese explorers' ships were built. It has terracing with deckchairs where you can soak up the morning sun after picking up a breakfast of a bica (espresso) coffee and pastel de nata (custard tart) from a kiosk.
Mercado da Ribeira, Lisbon's biggest food market built in the 19th century and topped with a Moorish dome. You'll find a variety of regional cheeses, fresh seafood, flowers and various handicrafts.
Lastly, for a taste of the burgeoning art-scene, walk along Rua do Alecrim towards Bairro Alto. There are several places worth stopping at, from the contemporary Allarts Gallery to d'Orey & Cardosoa treasure trove of azulejos (antique tiles) that are part of many a Lisbon facade.
It's easy to get around most of Lisbon and all its landmarks by foot. However, if you wish to take any of the city's well-connected public transportation, you can get the 25E tram or bus 22B, 714 and 774 from Conde Barão.
Alternatively, taxis and private car hire services like Uber are available as well.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
