Our Fountain Hills vacation getaway is located in the Four Peaks Condominium Complex, which is 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 45 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport.

Restaurants, Pubs, Grocery Stores, Banks, Starbucks just steps from the condo.

Fountain Hills and the surrounding area provide a vacation destination offering an abundance of sunshine, and activities including; hiking, golfing, kayaking, horseback riding, shopping, fine dining and more. The famous Fountain and downtown area are just over a mile from the complex. Lake Saguaro, McDowell Mountain National Park and many trailheads are less than a 20 minute drive.

The condominium complex provides resort style living, featuring an amazing heated pool with cabanas that has just been totally renovated, comfortable furnishings, a hot tub, brand new gas grill and dining area. Inside the recently updated clubhouse you will find an exercise room and rejuvenating steam room.

When renovating our condo, our goal was to create a luxurious vacation home that vacationers would want to revisit year after year.

This first floor, split bedroom floorplan condo is just steps away from the clubhouse and pool area, which has been completed renovated.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 55” HD television, ceiling fan and king bed complete with a Simmons Beautyrest Recharge mattress to help provide a great nights rest. In addition, each bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a bathroom.

Laundry Room – complete with new washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack.

Patio – Bistro table with 2 chairs.

Great vacation spot!

This property was everything we could ask for. Property itself was beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Pool area is beautiful. Location ideal. Amy and Jeff are great to work with. Looking forward to another month in 2025!

This condo is a TEN!!!

Just open the front door and you’ll be completely blown away. Gorgeous, updated, and very well appointed. So well stocked - you will only have to unpack and buy the perishables for your stay. The lovely pool area was just steps away. The condo was fresh and white glove cleaned. Amy and Jeff were available any time and were quick to respond to our questions. It was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had!

This condo is beautifully furnished and completely remodeled with all new appliances. Located just minutes from town center, Fountain Park and lots of great restaurants. The owners are easy to work with and checking in is a breeze. We enjoy local events in Fountain Hills and love walking and hiking in the area. The condo location allowed us easy access to McDowell Mountain and other area hiking trails.

The condo was amazing... It had just been remodeled, very beautifully done. Everything was as the photos show, if not better. The kitchen was very well equipped, we were in need of nothing. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms were perfect!! The location was exactly what we needed... We like to walk in the morning.. Walking down to and around the fountain was a great way to start our day. Having Safeway right across the street was very convenient . The pool area is a wonderful way to spend some down time.... Never too busy, always got a chair!! We love going to the area in March...we are baseball lovers... So the Spring Training is a must for us... This location is easy to get to all the ball parks!! Perfect for us, would be perfect to anyone that rents this lovely condo!!

Amazing Property

We loved our stay in this condo and look forward to returning. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, and private. Yet, only steps from the pool and clubhouse. The furnishings were tasteful and lovely. Not many rentals come with a fireplace! You can tell that the owner takes pride in making sure the guests have everything they might need. They included many items that were never in any vacation rental we experienced before so this was a very nice surprise. It truly was fully equipped with every amenity you could want. The only thing you need do is shop for groceries, and there are two stores in walking distance. All furnishings were top notch. Comfortable dining and living room seating, and high-end, extremely comfortable beds with all new linens. The location of this condo was better than we ever expected. It was perfect for walking to our favorite places in town including shopping, places to eat, farmers markets, and hiking. Everything was right down the street. The condo is located within two hours of Sedona, Tucson and 20-25 min from Old Town Scottsdale and casinos. Staying here you can visit many parts of Arizona during your visit. The hosts, Amy and Jeff, are fantastic, easy to work with, friendly & helpful. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
