The location of the penthouse is a real privilege: the whole apartment overlooks the marina and the ramparts of the historic center, offering a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the Catalan historic center and the Gulf. Just leave the main door to find yourself immersed in the lively and welcoming atmosphere of the center of Alghero.
Inside, the fine and designer furnishings give the house a sober and elegant atmosphere and all the rooms, large and comfortable, enjoy a beautiful light.
The living area consists of an airy open space with dining room, relax area with sofas and a modern kitchen equipped with all comforts.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double bed and private bathroom. It is possible, on request, to add a bed so that it can accommodate a total of 8 people.
The apartment is served by three comfortable bathrooms, all complete, two of which with shower and one with bath. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is completed by two splendid verandas with a view, both furnished, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, ideal for aperitifs, dinners and outdoor lunches.
