Needs updating and a deep clean
My family stayed for a week and upon arrival the condo smelled of weed. My daughter found sand and shells in her bunk bed. The bed in the master was absolutely awful but we made due and the tv in there didn't work. All the furniture was very old and worn.The cookware wasn't great and when you have a family and want to cook instead of going out every meal it matters. The cabana was nice to have but having all clothe furniture wasn't practical. You can't come in from the heat to snack and sit down with out getting the furniture wet. Outdoor furniture would've been better. We had a great time on the beach and Perdido key is beautiful and not far from all the fun things to do.

Nice property. Manager texted us for an early check-in and that worked out well because we were a little early arriving. Cabana is a big plus and made it very easy to have snacks and store chairs without having to go all the way up to the ninth floor. Will stay again if available in the future.

The condo is a little on the smaller side but worked great for my kids and I. The bunk bed mattresses ended to pretty comfy when you stacked them on top of each other. The cabana was great to keep beach things in, snacks and drinks.

Beautiful family stay on the beach!
Beautiful property just like the pictures! Everything was very convenient- the parking was next to the elevator which was right next to the unit. The unit overlooks both the ocean and the pool. It is the last condo building on the beach, so it was easy to find space to spread out. We had a great stay at the property. The only tiny drawbacks were the lack of storage space (it was a tight squeeze for a family of 4, but works) and older/noisy bed. However, the cabana was a lifesaver for keeping all of the sandy gear out of the condo. We would not hesitate to stay there again - We loved it!

location great but not as clean as should been
The location and view was amazing! Hope to go back and stay in the same condo. But the condo was not as clean as needed to be. The kitchen counters, dining table, night stands, toilets, tub and the cabana was very dusty. I cleaned all these things when we arrived at the condo. I purchased some basic cleaning supplies. The living room furniture and dining chairs had some stains. The king size bed was great to sleep in! We really did enjoy our stay and plan on going back if the cleaning issue is addressed.

WINDEMERE 904 POOL SIDE CABANA INCLUDED!
We had a great family vacation with our 2 littles (3yo & 18 month) We loved the poolside cabana! I didn't minarets been informed nd that it was broken, but I wish we would have been informed the washer and dryer were broken before I had piled clothes in there. Our room was great. To my surprise, there was no storage at all in kitchen or anywhere. We just moved furniture around had to leave our suitcases and all our kitchen stuff around. Overall it was a great stay!

This was a great little condo. Perfect for a family of four. If you had more people I think it might be a little small. The building has a great beach and nice amenities. What we loved was the beach and all the bike paths in a near by park. Wonderful stay. One thing that needs improvement is the master bed is old and very soft. You should consider an update. Thank you for the fun!

Thanksgiving Week
As usual, the week was awesome to visit and Windemere did not disappoint. Luxury Coast Vacations had ample communications and the room was amply furnished and stocked with dishes/pots, etc. Had a few small live bugs, but seems after the hurricane all the places we stayed on our trip had some of those pests. But over all, we had an excellent trip/stay.

Nice condo, loved the cabana, not a big fan of Sally. She did a number on the island and caused us to cut our trip short. Would stay there again barring any named storms entering the gulf. The travel insurance company we bought did refund a good portion of the trip.

We had a great time. You may want to have the condo sprayed for roaches. Saw a few in the kitchen near the ac closet. Also the toilet in the large bath flusher was hanging up and the toilet in the small bath was running.

The condo was just as described! Location was perfect and balcony overlooking the gulf was great. The room by the pool was also super convenient so you didn’t have to take beach stuff all the way back to the room. It was the perfect vacation for the family.
