Splendid, light and spacious apartment between Fulham and Kings Rd Chelsea.

A beautiful and spacious 3rd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hand basin ,shower and toilet, plus another shower room, toilet and hand basin.
A large ,light reception room, with dining table, plus a lovely eat in modern kitchen.Good WIFI
Located in a traditional London mansion block, serviced by a lift.

The apartment has been recently refitted with the luxuries of a modern home. With all modern amenities this is somewhere where you can find rest and relaxation within the hustle and bustle of London. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift in the building.

I AM AFRAID, IN THIS DAY AND AGE, SADLY, THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO RUN SCAMS. I HAVE HAD, SUPPOSED GUESTS, REQUESTING BOOKINGS,ARRIVING IN MY FLAT AND RELETTING IT!
IT IS UNBELIEVABLE BUT IT HAS HAPPENED LAST YEAR. SEVERAL YOUNG PEOPLE LOST A LOT OF MONEY
ALSO IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE TOTALLY HAPPY ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE COMING TO.
COMMUNICATION IS SO IMPORTANT.

WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS ANY MORE ON SUNDAYS AS I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO MEET YOU WITH THE KEY.



Whilst the flat is set up for a 7 night stay it is possible to rent from 5 nights but at the same rate.

PLEASE PLEASE , WHILST I DONT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT if the carpets get stained or anything gets broken I would so appreciate being told. Rather than have people walking into a flat with stained carpets or broken bins

Great family stay for 5 days in London
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and it was wonderful to have so much room. We really appreciated having a lounge area and two bedrooms - one with two single beds for our teenage children. The main bathroom was spacious and we tended to all use this as the other shower was a little small. Perfect location and we would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, amazing location
The apartment was just as described, lovely, quiet, spacious and conveniently located for exploring London. Jude and Carol made the check in very easy and we (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a terrific 5 days exploring London. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The public transport was easy to use. Hope to return one day.

Great Stay in Chelsea
We had a wonderful stay in this Chelsea apartment. We loved the area and with the bus at the end of the road getting across London was easy. Great supermarkets nearby for all your grocery needs. If we didn’t want to cook then we had a meal out at one of the local restaurants. The highlight was the warm cosy apartment to come back to each day, where you definitely felt that it was your home away from home. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location, great apartment
Our stay in this Chelsea apartment was excellent. The bus/tube is all nearby, making travel to many attractions a breeze. The owner was excellent to communicate with, and the check in process was easy. The apartment has a kitchen which made our stay homely. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Totally impressive
This property was totally impressive, from its location amongst similar typical English housing with private garden areas, to the walking access to many high end shops to supermarkets and transport. The apartment itself was so spacious with 2 large bedrooms and huge main bath, plus a second shower room and loo, with modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need plus more, and great living area. The use of a washer dryer was great. The property was well maintained, and we had excellent customer service from the owners who went beyond themselves to ensure everything was in first class order. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a living in London experience. Thankyou.

Great Flat!!!
We made our first visit to London and couldn’t have been happier with this flat and the owner. It is very centrally located with great access to the tube and bus routes. A short walk to several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Jude was an excellent host and very gracious. This flat was perfect for our family of four with ample space for our family. It was very clean and everything was exactly as it is advertised. Thank you Jude for sharing your flat with us and we will definitely book it again on our next trip London.

Great place to stay for a London visit
Clean, efficient, cozy, flat in a quiet safe neighborhood. Great access to public transportation - 10 minute walk to the Gloucester underground station and block or so to the bus line. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

More than ever a safe bet
This is the third time we have stayed in this flat for seven or eight nights, which in itself demonstrates the quality of the accommodation as well as the whole process, from booking and communication with Jude to the completeness of the equipment and the thoroughness of the welcome, in addition of course to the ideal location in Chelsea and on the edge of South Kensington.

Beautiful flat in Chelsea!
My husband, daughter, and I felt so at home in this flat! The beds and showers were fantastic! The neighborhood was peaceful and a nice break from the city. The metro station is a 15-minute walk, but there are neighborhood buses that move quickly if you prefer not to walk. We’d love to visit again!

This flat was lovely! Just as the description states, it is light, bright, & roomy. Perfect for the two of us (we got our own bathrooms!), as well as a family. A great location, easy to get around with two underground stations, each about a 15-20 minute walk away, as well as several bus stops. Many shops, restaurants, markets easily walkable, too. And Stamford Bridge Stadium, home of Chelsea FC! On the walk back from there, I discovered an old cemetery to wander around. Lots of people walking, riding bikes, etc. Evan ran into a beautiful fox! I definitely recommend this vrbo, & hope to stay here again some day!

Wonderful apartment in Chelsea
We loved the apartment very much. It has a very good atmosphere and was a wonderful place to relax from the city and sightseeing. It is very good located in a quiet side street with a nice surrounding. Shopping facilities are on Fulham Road and King's Road and the underground (South Kensington or Sloane Square) is not far. Jude was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day!

Great return to a great flat
Almost all is expressed in the title. We much enjoyed our rediscovering this flat about ten years after a first stay in an area - Chelsea - we love and know quite well. We shall add that communication with Jude was again fluid and pleasant.

Lovely Chelsea Flat

We (Theo & Jude) are a married couple who live in the Hampshire countryside just an hour south west of London.
We have an icecream company called Judes, based in Twyford near Winchester.
Whilst my husband and I still are slightly involved with the company, we now oversee the Buisness.

The day to day running is now left to two of our sons and a very good friend of theirs.
We have 4 children

. Two who work for Jude’s, living in Hampshire , one in Birmingham and one in Edinburgh.

Suddenly we find ourselves with 10 grandchildren . All under 10 years old so lots to be done.!!! We love it but tiring, BUT always able to hand back!

We love spending our time between the beauty of the Hampshire countryside and the excitement of London.
A dear neighbour, Carole, usually meets you. We do not accept Sunday bookings.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this apartment in 2009 from a close relative, who bought the flat in 1952.

This apartment holds many happy memories for us as a family. Elm Park gardens is such a wonderful locations. Within 5 minutes you are able to access restaurants, shops, buses, all take you to the sights of London
The flat is very light and airy with views over residential gardens.
I feel totally safe travelling in the area, whether by foot, bus or tube. Personally I walk everywhere or go by bus.

What makes this property unique

Located in a traditional London mansion block, the apartment has many of the unique Victorian features with high ceilings and light rooms. This is combined with a modern feel to create a beautiful and relaxing open space.

The apartment is perfectly located for visiting the museums, shops, restaurants and bars of Kensington and Chelsea and is a great base for exploring the gems of London.

We are a short bus journey, or 15 minute walk from our wonderful Natural History Museum, Science Museum, V and A museum. Harrods.

The V and A has the most wonderful Sculpture room, Tapestry Room and a wealth of exhibits.

We are 20 minutes walk to:
The Proms, at the Royal Albert Hall. Which happen in the summer.
Chelsea Flower Show in May.


Wimbledon Tennis ( June) is shown live on a big screen at the Bluebird Cafe, 5 minutes walk away.

There is a list of favoured restaurants in the flat. One of my guests, recently discovered FRANTOIO on the Kings Rd, 397 KINGS ROAD 02073524146 an Italian Restaurant that is a long standing customer selling JUDES ICECREAM.

The most wonderful street dining on the Kings rd called Phat Phuc noodle bar.

If you wish to visit the Hampshire Country side a girlfriend , who is an artist,has just renovated the most beautiful barn in a pretty village called Alresford, near Winchester. A city that is full of history, the oldest capital of England.
