About this property

Spectacular villa located in Pollensa, in the north of the island with views of the Tramuntana.

It is located in a very quiet area, but at the same time close to supermarkets and the town of Pollensa where they will be able to go out and explore. The famous Cala Sant Vicens is a 10-minute drive away.

The villa is developed on two floors; on the first floor you will find the living room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower with access to the garden, two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, these two share a full bathroom.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, these also share a full bathroom.

Outside you will be able to enjoy a large pool with sun loungers, a pool table, a ping pong table accompanied by a complete barbecue.

There is the possibility of renting the neighboring farm on request, it has a capacity of 8 people.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.

Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

Really nice spacious villa.

The villa is spacious and well-appointed and good cots were provided for the infants. Given how hot it was, having two fridges was very welcome. We had a couple of issues with loss of water, but we were very impressed at how quickly they were sorted which was much appreciated. As it was so hot, a couple of extra fans for the areas with no AC would be good. Information (supermarkets, restaurants etc.) about the local area was provided by text but a manual at the property would have been useful.

Villa experience

Location was just outside port pollensa accessible via a rough track The outside was very good excellent pool and outdoor seating but be aware of mosquitoes There was no air conditioners in kitchen or lounge area and it was extremely hot especially in the kitchen so unable to cook in there The bedrooms were air conditioned which helped The kitchen was clean but the kettles and toaster very worn. Dud not use the cooker so can’t comment on it. We kept ant food in the fridge to avoid ants. The towels were very worn and need replacing in our opinion The shower temperature appeared to have a mind of its own as it would get very hot for a few seconds and then go back to cooler temperature It is a very quiet location and private we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area very much a few upgrades would make a big difference The agents were very good

lovely accommodation

The property is fantastic, roomy and comfortable with excellent AC and wifi. However the water service regularly fails, albeit for short periods of up to an hour. The Pool is very clean and a good size for both relaxing and splashing about. The grounds are really nice with regularly visiting peacocks and goats can be heard bleating in the adjacent fields. The two main Pollenca regions, the main town and the seafront resort are both very nice and full of restaurants, bars and shops. However, when we visited in August 22 there was a significant taxi shortage which meant our only access to the main resorts centres was via car. 2 trips to enter and return were undertaken every night as taxis were not available. The port is within waking distance (approx 1.5 miles ), however reasonable fitness and mobility is essential. In summary, the accommodation is of a very high standard and a little isolated which visitors should be made aware of. A car, bike or the willingness to walk is essential.
