Casa Magnolia is a large 5 Bedroomed air conditioned heated pool villa within the sought after fishing village of Ferragudo. The villa sleeps upto 10 people. Relax on our large patio and enjoy the pool or within a 10 minute walk you can be enjoying Ferragudo beaches and restaurants. We have ample parking space, should you be arriving by car, although all amenities are within walking distance including a supermarket and even Portimao and Ferragudo train stations.

Graham and I purchased and refurbished this property this year.
We hope you will find the property welcoming and homely. We spent many years
looking for the perfect villa in the perfect location, having fallen in love with Ferragudo on our first visit. We tried to think of everything and to furnish and equip the villa to the high standards you would expect within your own home.
We are both retired and whilst you are enjoying the Ferragudo coast I will be in my ceramics studio in Monchique (where you are very welcome to visit and experience pottery making!) and Graham will no doubt be driving his tractor!

Why they chose this property

The villa is in an excellent location within a 10 minute walk to Ferragudo square and beaches but also being close to the facilities offered by Portimao and Parchal too.
The location is quiet enough for you to enjoy privacy and convenient parking but close enough to all of the local attractions. The spacious villa is perfect for one or two families or groups of friends enjoying beaches, golf courses or local sites.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the seasonal fruits from our garden during your stay. Oranges, lemons, figs, pears and nespera are yours to enjoy, depending upon when you stay.
The property has three first floor balconies with beautiful views to the Monchique mountains and Arade river.
The two ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace for your morning or evening swim.
