A fabulous four bedroom property (sleeping up to eight) with some views through to the harbour. Situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge and located just a few minutes' walk to Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes' walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
A contemporary property offering high quality accommodation throughout. Entrance directly into the living area with concertina bi-fold doors out to the front patio / parking area with views through the development to the harbour. Door to fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a dining table that expands to seat 8. Rear patio doors to the Mediterranean style courtyard slate tiled garden with table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining! (Side gate access for bringing in bikes to store). Cloakroom on ground floor. Stairs to first floor with spacious bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed) and access to Jack & Jill ensuite shower room. Second bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double bed) with fitting wardrobe and access to the Jack & Jill ensuite shower room.
