Soak up the serenity of Indian Beach! In this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit!

Cutely decorated, spacious two bedroom, two bath unit ocean view condo in Indian Beach with fresh paint and new furnishings. The master bedroom holds a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed and there is a sleeper sofa. This unit has a large living/dining/kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Other features are a private covered balcony, TV's with HBO, VCR/DVD, dishwasher, microwave and a stackable washer and dryer. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made.. Unit rents Sunday to Sunday.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.

Colony by the Sea is located in Indian Beach, between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a quiet beach that’s close enough to either end of the island to have lots of options for fun, but far enough away so it’s not too crowded! The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, outside grills & showers and elevators.

CBS is a smoke free/vape free community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
Renters are not allowed to smoke inside the condos.

Lovely oceanfront condo!
Two adult couples enjoyed 4 days in the area. Property was nicer and rooms larger than appeared in pictures. A/C ran very quiet and cool and we all loved the property's access to the beach--same level as walk-out deck so no stairs! Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were all immaculate although kitchen could use some purging and organizing of cabinets and closets. We would definitely return!. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Okay Experience
Property was nice and well maintained. We would have liked to go for a walk in the evenings but there are no sidewalks. Only place to walk was beach or drive somewhere. The condo was very nicely decorated but there was a lot of light noise from the unit above us the whole week we were there. Thankfully we could only hear the noise in the living space, not in the bedrooms.

Such a great condo!
We really enjoyed our stay! Our condo was so convenient to the beach, has a lovely pool, and it was an added bonus to be able to park in the shade the whole time. The unit is so well decorated - pretty paint colors, new furniture, beautiful decorations on the walls - everything is so well done and has a lovely “beachy feel”! We hope to visit again in the future!

Great quiet place close to beach for young family
Unit 119 is very clean, beautifully decorated and we were pleasantly surprised at how close to the beach the unit is!!!! ( proximity made bathroom trips much easier with kids) The beach is quite, and feels almost secluded!!! Perfect for our family!!!!! Unit is stocked with pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups and nice set of knives that are needed over a weeks time. Having the nice set of knives to chop and cook with made it convenient like we were at home. Pool and hot tub was clean and well kept. Bathrooms are also located by pool. Neighbors are friendly and helpful in restaurant recommendations. We were so happy with our stay!!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

The kitchen was very well stocked, needed to bring nothing to cook with! Property was in exillent location, pool was great but hot tub was not hot at all.Property manager was very rude and always lurking around, which was kinda creepy. Would not stay there again. I had bites that resemble bed bug bites on my legs but seeing my husband did not have any on him I can't say they came from the bed but could be from the dresser drawers since we did keep our clothes in different drawers.
